Comment : I came in and said that something keeps draining my battery (e.g. parasitic drain) and I asked if they could diagnose it. They said yes. After less than an hour, they said that there is no problem, and that my battery is drained. They only checked that charging system and starting system, which I already had checked by AAA. Diagnosing a parasitic drain takes a lot more time, and if they weren't going to do it, they should have just said so. So now I'm out $140 only for them to tell me what I already know. I really feel that they owe me a refund.

"At about 12:35, he took my information and told me that his friend went to lunch and would be back in an hour. He also told me that there was a car ahead of me, which would take 3 to 4 hours just for inspection. I believed him and trusted him. I left my car with him. After about 4 hours, I returned to find him in the office. He picked up the phone and left me rooted to the ground in front of him. After he ended his call, he told me that he could not perform any inspection of the car today because there were three cars ahead of me. I was shocked, and then I said to him, didn't you say that there would be only one car and then it would be my car's turn?!!! He replied, "No, there are three cars ahead of you." He was silent, and I asked him for my car key and told him that I would leave him a good review that matches the quality of service he provided me, and I left. He wasted my time and energy. So, please do not go to this workshop. Look for an honest and safe place for your car.
Shame on you.

Comment : Recommended by AAA I discovered this garage after breaking down on the road. Not only did they take care of my root problem but they also took care of a small trouble I had with my power steering making noise. It might have been a little extra fluid that was needed but just recognizing the problem and taking care of it shows they go the extra step to make a customer happy.

Comment : Found this establishment through AAA as I needed a tune up before a road trip. The gentleman at the front office was super friendly and informative. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning and they took good care of me. I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on. Great service and reasonable prices.

Comment : This is the second time I had my 2018 Kia Optima service. The whole crew is very nice and friendly. The manager Jivan is very professional and capable. They serviced my rear brakes, engine valve casket, and the CV Axle. I can feel the difference in the way the car is running now. Great job This
