Five Stars to ya'll'> Reviewed : 03/30/2026 Comment : I brought my van in today for diagnostics and honestly could not be more happy with the experience. Ilira was phenomenal ? incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and helpfulAfter the diagnostics they called me and walked me through exactly what was going on ? a stuck fuel valve and a gas cap that needed replacing. Simple fixes, clear communication, no runaround. They took care of both and had everything ready for pickup without any hassle. What really stood out was when I came to pick up the van. Ilira took extra time to answer all of my questions and broke down the other issues I'd been noticing ? clearly, patiently, and with actual recommendations and solutions. I didn't feel rushed or brushed off. I felt like they genuinely cared about getting my van in good shape. If you're looking for a shop that's honest, thorough, and actually takes the time to treat you like a person ? My go-to for auto repairs in Ashland. Also close to downtown - fun things to do while a vehicle is being worked on. 1 Reviews Mary de aquino Ashland, OR Reviewed : 01/24/2026 Comment : I've been to a few places in town, and I cannot recommend these folks enough. They have always been extremely competent and thorough in their work, not to mention offering reasonable prices. Unlike some other places in town, they truly seem to have the wellbeing of their customers as a top priority, giving honest diagnoses and estimates and charging just as much as they need to without upselling. From small maintenance to larger fixes, can't recommend Ashland Auto Repair enough! 1 Reviews J dizzle Ashland, OR Reviewed : 11/22/2025 Comment : The best in town 1 Reviews Kit metlen Ashland, OR Reviewed : 11/13/2025 Comment : Excellent service, reasonable price, efficient 1 Reviews Margaret spani Ashland, OR Reviewed : 10/23/2025 Comment : I've been taking my cars to Ashland Auto Repair for five years now, and I feel so grateful to have found such a reliable shop! Jesse and Alira give you honest appraisals of what's needed - what's urgent and what's not. The work is top notch and the cost is reasonable. Great mechanics! 1 Reviews Momo oishi Ashland, OR Reviewed : 10/13/2025 Comment : Alira has either no personality or she just decided I wasn’t worth being nice to. She was nice over the phone initially though telling me they work on lots of Ford Escapes and fuel pump/sensor issues are very common in their shop, yet as soon as I showed up with my car, she kept her conversation to minimum. They charged $50 for a diagnostic, told me it’ll run about $1,000 to replace a fuel pump without telling me how much they charge for the labor per hour. She also told me my car battery needed to be replaced because car stopped running, which was hard to believe as to the battery check was fine recently. Anyway, a week later I brought it in at my appointment and Jesse called profusely apologizing that the person who gave the diagnostic was wrong and this wasn’t a type of repair they could handle at their shop. When I went to pick up my car, Alira was in the front office. I asked her if the diagnostic was wrong by their guy, what diagnosis did I pay for. She just coldly responded “We just didn’t have enough information.”Oh, they also did something to the car computer btw because now I can’t even set a time🤷?♀PS Simply stating how I was treated by your employee isn’t a personal attack, FYI :) 1 Reviews Cody fielder meyocks Ashland, OR Reviewed : 09/07/2025 Comment : (Null) While I don’t wish to disparage any small business, I know right from wrong—and in my case something went very wrong. I had brought in a vehicle (an ‘82 Subaru GL) after it was used without my permission and totaled without apology. Not only did the shop allow the people who damaged my car dictate what would be done with it—I was offering to replace the engine after a pressure test but was told it didn’t make sense for “everybody” (although “everybody” did not own the car, pay for the car, its insurance, towing and repairs, or wiper fluid of course). They then allowed an unidentified “white tow truck” to tow it off their lot without even calling me after the fact. I found out later after having to get in touch with police. The shop claimed to have no security footage and no further knowledge—my car simply was stolen from their lot and that seemed to be fine for everyone except me.Unfortunately this happened alongside what I can only call very worrisome gang violence and seeming police complicity that ended up forcing me away from my home and my business entirely. There was some insinuation from the shop that I needed to take a hint and cower away but that’s just the problem—I never hurt anyone and I am proud of who I am and what I do in life. I don’t operate in secret, and I know that those who do are dangerous.I thought this was a highly unfortunate and unusual situation, and I don’t suspect that others will have the same issues. These folks probably do fine work. Just be forewarned if you feel something isn’t right—listen to your instincts and drive safe. 1 Reviews Ken ward Ashland, OR Reviewed : 05/31/2025 Comment : I've had a few great experiences with Alira and Jesse. A couple of big jobs and one that was extra complicated which really showed they care about their customers and know their stuff. And I referred my neighbor who was happy too. :^) Page 1 of 8 |<< 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 → >|
