Comment : The guy that is in charge of receiving the customers ID just amazing. His customer care skills are 11 in a scale of 1 to 10. Very friendly, knowledge, and understanding of my situation. I dropped my truck at 8:00 am and got it back at 3:00 pm. and working perfectly. I definitely will recommend Asetex to everyone who wants a good job done, fair price and great customer service.

Comment : I am not a vindictive person, but I do feel that the people that read these reviews should know that the mechanics in Azetex tire and auto are not the best. I took my vehicle to be worked on there a couple weeks ago and for the most part, they did a good job however on the way home with my vehicle, my water and fuel light came on and remained on this was one of the problems that I took the vehicle there for After reviewing what they did with my vehicle, I discovered that I had paid 419.52 dollars for them to change a fuel filter that they did not even do properly when I remove the filter that they put in it was double gasket, which will definitely cause a leak and it was leaking after looking at the situation. I discovered that they had told me they changed the water and fuel sensor. They did not it was still all dirty and the way it was when I took the vehicle to them. I paid over $2000 for the work that they did to this vehicle and 25% of that wasn’t done either because they didn’t know how or wouldn’t do it. I don’t feel that this is a good way to do business. I would suggest that in the future, if they don’t know how to do a job, they declined to do it. It would be better for the person that owns the vehicle and for them.

Comment : OK, so ASETEX costs more than my regular mechanic. What I got that the regular mechanic can't give me is: (1) The (major) job was done within 24 hours(!!!); my regular guy would've needed several business days just to get to it, (2) I was very impressed with their technical competence, (3) they did a full checkup of the car as part of the service and pointed out things that were problematic or about to become problematic--but without pressuring me to buy additional work(!!!), and (4) they washed my car(!!!!!!) which was pretty dirty from the mud season as part of the service. So I felt a lot better about spending a big chunk of change. In addition, the other aspects of their customer service are top notch, and the shop is very clean and well-organized. In other words, this repair shop is quite exceptional (and proves the cliche of "you get what you pay for"), and that's coming from someone who always buys the shop manual with every new car!

Comment : Broke my glove box while replacing cabin air filter and left pry marks on dash in my 2012 Tacoma. Didn’t return calls for scheduling another appointment. Also refused to take responsibility for the damages. Poor practice really disappointing.

Comment : These are very knowledgeable and professional folks! They do not waste their time or yours! Courtesy at every step of their service work. The waiting room is pleasant and comfortable. We are fortunate to have them in our area.
(Although our "area" happens to be in Vermont!)
