Comment : I cannot believe the lack of communication in this day and age.
I have left several messages over the Past few weeks and no one calls back.
I tried to schedule an oil change and asked the service manager to call me.
I will never return there again.
I leased my f150 then bought it out. All service was done there. I also have a Kia and they answer phone calls and are pleasant.
I do not want an excuse I am done with Arundel Ford. I asked Ashley Treadwell several times to address the rear camera issue with no call back.
This week I tried to schedule an oil change and no one has returned my call. It’s been three days so I’m done.
