Comment : I traded my F:150 for an F:250 that was exactly what I was looking for. I ve been to many dealerships and purchased an almost comical number of vehicles in the past, and the process at Arundel Ford was the easiest, quickest and only painless experience I ve had. I called to inquire which was a friendly and welcoming phone call and I was there a few hours later to look at the truck. They were up front about the fact the truck had just come in and wasn t ready to take home but I knew this before I got there so I had proper expectations. I wasn t pressured and was kept in the loop each step of the way. I had a few special requests which they met with no hesitation and I ve now had the truck for 8 months with no issue so I have no reason to distrust the integrity of the service and sales departments. Our puppy was even welcomed in the dealership! They gave me the best offer on my trade and the truck I purchased out of the other dealers I stopped at. Comment : Truck went in for a pcm recall and the check engine light came on a week later error code p0430 (bank 2) which means catalytic converter is not working efficiently. Truck is running rough since the recall got done. I tried to call service to have them schedule me so they can take a look at it and no call back. It's been 3 Service days since I've called. Service has always had a tough time answering the phones.
