Comment : I am writing to formally complain about the substandard service provided to my Ford vehicle during a recent inspection at your facility. I brought my car in for a routine inspection on 1/12/26, expecting professional and reliable work. However, upon retrieving the vehicle, I discovered significant issues that were not present when I dropped it off, which have compromised the safety and functionality of my car. Specifically, after the inspection was completed and I was assured that everything was in order and I was “good to go,” I noticed warning lights illuminated on the dashboard that were not there prior to the service. Further investigation revealed that critical safety sensors, including the Blind Spot Monitoring system and the Pre-Collision Assist feature, had been disabled or malfunctioned during the time the vehicle was in your care. These systems were fully operational when I delivered the car to your shop, and the problems clearly arose as a result of actions taken—or neglected—during the inspection process. This negligence not only poses a serious safety risk to me and other road users but also undermines my trust in your service center. Driving with disabled safety features could lead to accidents, and I am deeply concerned about the potential consequences. I should not have to worry about additional problems introduced by the very professionals tasked with maintaining my vehicle.

Comment : The Arundel FORD service department was able to take my vehicle in without notice and repair my tire in the same day as well as deliver it back to my place of work. Albeit, I still have to put air in the replaced tire, but other than that, the quick repair and service is appreciated.
Additionally, Mae’s quick response is always appreciated and her follow through with what needs to be addressed. A big thank you to her!

Comment : I purchased a brand new 2025 f150 lariat. Within 850 miles the engine blew. I got the truck to arundel ford and spent hours contacting them with minimal information. I got it back a couple weeks later and the very next day the engine over heated due to failing to connect the coolant line properly. I got it back again and 2 weeks later the power train malfunctioned due to the turbo that was replaced with the engine not being connected properly. All communication with arundel ford is me calling them. They didn't return voicemails and did not call me to tell me that my truck was ready until I called them and learned it was ready approximately a week earlier. After years of great vehicles and service with them, something has changed and it has been far from satisfactory on this vehicle. I am greatly disappointed in this business and will be searching for another service location in the future.

Comment : This is the second vehicle we’ve purchased from Arundel Ford, and once again the experience was exceptional. Joey, our salesperson, was fantastic — incredibly accommodating, easy to work with, and never once made us feel pressured. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

We ended up driving home in a beautiful Tundra, and we absolutely love it. The deal was fair, the communication was honest, and you can really feel the difference working with a family‑owned dealership that values long-term relationships over quick sales.

Highly recommended if you want a straightforward, no‑nonsense buying experience with people you can trust. We’ll definitely continue doing business with Arundel Ford.

Edit: the truck is good now,fixed the error code issue. truck isn't running rough anymore,service has improved on answering the phones & always attentive to issues presented.'>

Comment : Truck went in for a pcm recall and the check engine light came on a week later error code p0430 (bank 2) which means catalytic converter is not working efficiently. Truck is running rough since the recall got done. I tried to call service to have them schedule me so they can take a look at it and no call back. It's been 3 Service days since I've called. Service has always had a tough time answering the phones. Pretty disappointed.
