Comment : I always go to Arundel Ford for service even though I now have a Buick. The Service desk is professional, personable and knowledgeable. The waiting area is comfortable with outside seating available. As a woman, I often feel negatively judged in “male” environments; that has NEVER happened at Arundel. I feel listened to and respected here.
I trust them completely and their work is thorough and accurate.
You will be treated fairly and honestly. Cheers to Arundel Ford!

Their service department has been taking care of our small non-profits vehicles and always has excellent communication, always takes care of us, and genuinely care about providing service with integrity. We make the trip from Portland and 100% reccomend!!

Comment : Highly Disappointed, I purchased my brand new f 150 at arundlel ford. The day I drove it off the lot,the rear driver's side tire lost air, 6 months later no change. Now I take my truck in for its first service,(oil change & tire rotation) and they charge me a $115.00. I am on my 7th new f 150, this is the first and last I will ever purchase from arundel ford. I have never ever been charged for the first service. I am going back to yankee ford, there are much better dealerships that will take good care of you in your vehicle without gouging you.

Comment : Stay Away....I bought a new f-150 at Arundel ford, when they brought it out to deliver it to me, it was losing air from one of the rear tires.(BRAND NEW).Now I have to put air in the tires every so often because they couldn"t fix a air leak. Now,I bring it in for my 1st service (oil change and tire rotation)and they try to charge me $115.00.This is my 7th new F-150,I have never ever been charged for the 1st few services.It will be the last time I ever step foot in that substandard dealership.I HIGHLY suggest you all think long and hard before ever going to Arundel ford. DON"T DO IT I am headed back to Yankee ford,
