When my Honda's tire came off on I-495 in Maryland after improper service at Reedman Toll Honda in Downingtown, Arty's demonstrated exactly why I trust them. They clearly explained their engine installation process - confirming they never removed the driver's side wheel - and pointed out damage from improper lug nut torque that should have been caught during my previous dealer strut service. They quickly installed a new wheel, rim, and alignment, understanding this was my daily vehicle while Reedman Toll Honda refuses to take accountability.

Comment : Absolutely wonderful place. I got my PA state inspection here in June, and just went back for an oil change and some fluid changes. My car runs way better than when I brought it in! Prices are reasonable, staff is super friendly. As a woman in a mechanic shop, I feel very comfortable there 😌 (which is not very common!) 10/10!!

Comment : Super friendly and up front - it's hard to find a place to service your car that you feel is honest and actually cares. They did my inspection and an oil change and they were super helpful. When it was going to take an extra day waiting for delivery of a new tail light that I needed, they offered me a shuttle back to them and a loaner car so that I could get my son to his orthodontist appointment. When I came to pick up and there was a miscommunication about price, they handled that very professionally as well. You can definitely tell that Arty actually cares about the customers having an all around good experience with them, and it is reflected in his team as well.

Comment : I was traveling to New Jersey and my check engine light went off. Stopped by this place because it was the nearest mechanic off the turnpike. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and friendly. Did a basic check on my Prius and topped off some fluids and sent me on my way. Didn't even charge me. He recommended that if my check engine light goes off again, I should go to another mechanic because it's probably not a minor thing. My car ended up getting towed 13 miles later, which sucks. Despite that, I am grateful for him taking a few minutes of his time to help someone. Thank you!

Comment : Thanks for helping me out with my honda crv. My mpg has gotten better since you fixed my car. Very interested in doing more business. Ive been told i have an oil pan issue. Would like to get a quote. Leaky. Oh, my light has been off since you took care of the converter.
