Comment : After spending $700.00 and taking my suv back a couple of times for over heating, the problem was not fixed? Rather than take it back a 3rd time I opted to take it to Gauden Ford, which is where I should have taken it to in the first place! Gauden Ford determined the problem was the cooling assembly it self. The Ford dealer also noticed during a road test that all 4 wheel bearings were bad. I wonder why Arts Auto didn’t mention that during any of there tests after completing the first so called repair. I have used Art’s for my first, second and last time.

Comment : The owner needs to learn how to be kind with kind words and Needs to learn how to be honest with ability whether he can do or can’t do the job instead of vague repair scheduling.
