Comment : Great phone service and treatment. I was nervous about getting my car somewhere safe and you helped reassure me that it was in good hands. Additionally, you completed the tire replacement so fast, I was very impressed. I was a bit confused at pickup (told to go inside and get the invoice and keys and pay at the gas booth since I arrived after hours) so maybe some more explanation on that would have helped…or if the person who was there had explained…he was very nice but I think he thought I understood how things worked…but I didn’t. Thank you!

Comment : If you don’t know what’s wrong, taking a $1000 guess really sucks for the customer. Next time be honest so I can take the vehicle somewhere like a Nissan Dealership that knows what’s wrong so I don’t end up paying WAY more than I should.
