Comment : A turkey vulture dove into my windshield at highway speeds at 8am on a college visit day. We were 20 minutes into a 4 hour drive. Screaming teenagers, broken glass - the day was ruined. The impact was directly into the lane watch camera and rear view mirror. ARS did a great job turning a bad situation around for me. Melissa is great to work with and should be commended. The owners of the shop are awesome. ARS referenced the Honda/Acura repair & calibration requirements to make sure all the needed procedures were followed. The inside of the car looks like brand new. Comment : if you ever need bodywork done on your car, I highly recommend a ARS. They do exceptional work and are always very professional and courteous. They return your car so you would never know that damage was done in the inside and outside is spotless. Highly recommend ARS

Comment : My daughter is attending college in Pittsburgh and was on her way to classes the other more when her car just stopped. She called and asked if she could have it towed there, and they said no problem. The service that my daughter received was outstanding. They replaced her battery, and she also got an oil change. On she was back on the road in no time. The price they charged was very reasonable and they did it all in very timely fashion. It's nice to know that when your daughter is away from home, there are automotive centers that don't take advantage of people. Comment : I regret choosing ARS. My repair was paid for by the other driver's insurance, and ARS didn't bother submitting the extra work for approval until my car was repaired. They then held my car ransom for two additional days while waiting for the insurance company to approve the extra work they had already done. Maybe it was a one-time error, but, if so, why did they act like it was the normal course of business. FYI, supplemental billings should be approved by the insurance company BEFORE the work is done you know, just in case they want to come have a second look or discuss the additional charges. ARS just bypassed the correct process and then it became my problem.I regret choosing ARS.
