Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Keith and the other staff at Armen Collision were easy and great to work with. They were able to assess my car and provide an estimate on the same day. They were great at communicating with me until my car was ready for pickup and very accommodating with my busy schedule.

Comment : The staff & workers are very disorganized. Their appointment scheduling does not ensure you will get service. They also lost my keys while I was waiting (over 3 hours), and did not inform me until I asked for an update. They did not perform the service I was there for, and their resolution for the long wait and incompletion of the job was a small partial discount off my next service. I will not be returning here.

Comment : We purchased a certified low mileage Equinox for my son. My wife could not have made the sale go any easier. We called in advance to ensure the vehicle was still available and she was there with an hour to do a test drive. After the test drive she sat down to discuss the numbers and we settled on a purchase price. The only thing she mentioned is that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, pretty simple and we were told no problem. She left after putting down a deposit on a Wednesday evening and we said we would not be able to take ownership until the following Monday, 5 days later. When we returned on Monday the windshield wipers had not been replaced, and we were told that they were being ordered. Who orders windshield wipers, they have a service department how do you not have windshield wipers in stock??? I said, well I am not driving 45 minutes back to get wipers. The salesman told me, get the wipers and he will reimburse me personally. SO, I bought the wipers that I wanted for the car and sent him the bill. This went on for 2 MONTHS, and finally was told that he could not reimburse me and that the dealer would only authorize reimbursement for 50% of the cost since the one's I bought were high quality. Well, if you did not like the one's I bought then you should have replaced them like you said you would during the time you had the vehicle. I can assure that I will not be recommending this dealership to family and friends.
