Comment : Power steering failed while on vacation & they were able to repair it in a timely fashion at a reasonable cost. They were very engaged with me regarding the repair process.

Comment : I have been going to Archer???s too many years to count. I???ve had numerous problems solved by Archer???s and they???ve been nothing but nice every time I???ve been there and with a car that has over 115,000 miles you can imagine how many oil changes I???ve had. I have nothing but good things to say about Archer???s. I???m sure I???ve given them a headache several times but it???s never shown. Great people to deal with and will continue to use Archer???s as long as they???ll have me.I have been going to Archer???s too many years to count. Comment : I went there recently because the car's brake lights were staying on. A very minor problem, but I don't fit under the dash as easily as I once did.They fixed the problem quickly and didn't try to pull anything. The total cost was higher than if I did it myself but certainly reasonable for having someone else do it. My feeling is that they are honest and therefore a good place to get repairs done. If I ever change my mind I will be updating this review promptly.I went there recently because the car's brake lights were staying on. Comment : Do not use. I went in to get an oil leak fixed and front end components on my truck. Took longer than they said but then I get the call that it is ready. It was still leaking oil, they didn't change out my tie rods like asked...and I found narcotics inside the vehicle...of which the owners son said he didn't know what to do about it. I took it back to have them fix the loose bolts on my valve cover and the other issues they caused. Yet again my truck is still leaking oil and didn't get tie rod ends put on it. The excuse: it's an older truck. They seemed more concerned with fixing my fast flashing turn signals that they charged for but is still not fixed. Horrible. 5k later and still having issues. Do not use them.

Comment : I was recommended to Archer s and I m so thankful that I was. I remember speaking to Ryan a couple of times when I called and inquired about my car. He s so polite and put my mind at ease when I was worried and stressed out. I know it takes a team to take care of everything that they do on their end, so I just wanted to thank everyone for helping and to say how wonderful they are. I appreciate y all so much.

Comment : Awful customer service. Was even told to shut up by man behind counter. Dropped vehicle off to get evaluated for service messages. They never followed up with my phone call. So I went to repair shop to see what was going on. That is when I was told to shut up. Stay away!!

Comment : Took my car here to be repaired was told I need outer tire rod, took it to another shop and they told me It s my inner tire rods . beware, I don t know where these great reports are coming from but mines and others before this one I m a show you guys the charges and video of the work that was done and how filthy my car was given back to me while now to report it because I m a businessman myself and thought that good businessman should try to take care of other businessman reputation .. Never took it back to address any problem except for the video of the loose boats under my control arm. Stay with my vehicle got it back and they still was loose. Had to go back into the shop that same day. Will post video of lower control arm later
