Comment : No one wants to spend money on a new transmission. Sammy and crew made it as good of a situation as possible. I am so glad friends recommmend them, and will take my car back in the future when needed. Hospitality in action, with every interaction. Clear communication around what needed to happen, timeline, and cost. Car was ready before promised date. I am super grateful.

Comment : It's not always easy to find an honest auto repair shop, but Arcadia Service Center is the place to go for quality service at a fair price. I first visited last year after other shops told me I needed major AC work--ASC was able to fix the issue for a fraction of the cost. Every time I bring in my 2016 Subaru, they service it, give me a clear update on how it's running, and let me know if there are any issues--without pressure. I really appreciate that they let me decide what to do. On my last visit, I went in for routine maintenance. They noticed I hadn't been driving much, checked the car, and let me know I didn't need an oil change yet--then sent me on my way. That kind of honesty is rare and so appreciated! FYI: If you pay in cash, you can save on the small fee charged for credit card payments.
