Comment : I was at my wits end with car dying twice after AAA installed new battery and Arcadia Service Center solved problem. Only drawback is not open on Saturdays but I have always able to drop off car then pick up after work

Comment : Very simply: they solved a problem that two other shops couldn't. My Lexus developed an intermittent rattling sound. I took it to two other independent Lexus specialists, and one after another they both failed to diagnose the source of the problem. After another month of living with the noise, I got fed up and took it to Arcadia Service Center, which happens to be the shop closest to me out of all three. They do not claim to specialize in Toyota/Lexus, therefore it was not at the top of my mind. Later that day, after what I suppose was a more meticulous diagnostic process than performed elsewhere, they figured out the issue (bad alternator) and fixed it by next day. Noise is gone. I couldn't be more pleased. Cherry on top: Very friendly and easy to deal with. Quick appointment availability. I will be a returning customer.

Comment : The personnel are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. One of the parts failed, and it was replaced no question. Backed by their parts and labor warranty. I would highly recommend this facility.

Comment : I had some weird thing happening with our Ford Escape. I don't have the body to do a lot of car work anymore, so I took it back to ASC because I trust them. I thought maybe something was happening with the brakes, turned out every tire was shredded on the inside. We bought it from a very sketchy used Ford dealer called DCH Ford. New issues keep popping up with this car ever since we bought it. Anyway, took it to Arcadia Service Center this morning and Robert had the new tires on and checked my alignment, and it was all done about 2pm. Do yourself a favor, go to ASC. They're the best I've found in my decades of dealing with mechanics.
