Comment : I chose Appalachian Auto Care as my service center due to the initial contact. The level of professionalism and the peace of mind that these employees gave me from the start was outstanding. Fast forward-my vehicle had 3 necessary MAJOR repairs in the past 5 months. This business is very organized from the initial contact, to drop off, to the final pickup. Also, a great convenience is the after hour drop off. The young woman at the desk is very diligent at compiling all of the customer concerns and issues with the vehicle and obviously very conscious of forwarding the correct issues to the next person making the repairs. There are also many follow-ups after picking up the vehicle to ensure satisfaction. The repairs are very timely, and they always touch base after they confirm the problem. The office and garage are also extremely clean, organized, and professional. It is obvious that these employees' top priority is customer service, organization, and professionalism. Side note: to the woman who left a negative review that she can't get an appointment and poor customer service-I testify that this is false. I have never had an issue with appointments and these employees are really nice. And actually, these employees even text me on occasion to let me know they have a spot open in case I want or need any maintenance. Prices ARE in line with other legitimate auto care facilities.

Comment : Never again! Their service has been getting worse over time! Never want to make an appointment, always want you to drop it off for the whole day, even just for an oil change. My lug nuts were swollen and since I needed new tires, I agreed to have them replaced. They charged over $300 for not the OEM lug nuts but some kind of locking ones, which I park in my garage and didn't need. My tires were less than a year old, and under warranty. They sold me those tires and they said they would call the manufacturer. They never did. I had to call and the manufacturer was very easy to deal with. When I went back for next oil change and tire rotation, they ripped apart my whole car looking for the tool to remove the lug nuts, which apparently they had put in the glove box when they installed the new tires and lug nuts. They don't stand good for their service! And this it only the tip of the iceberg!Never again! Their service has been getting worse over time! Comment : In just over a week talking with AAC, they were able to talk to me about what I wanted to do with my 4runner along with pricing and getting it done and returned to me. Speedy service and great customer service as well.

Comment : Kevin and his team were wonderful to work with. I explained the work and modifications I wanted done and they got me in the garage asap. When I picked up my vehicle everything was done exactly as I wanted. Great shop. I will be using them again 100%. Thank you David Roth
