Comment : I recently moved to the area and had already found A-one Auto Center for another issue which was installing a new California catalytic converter. They did not use after-market parts but instead used Toyota new parts for my truck and their price was considerably less than Toyota quoted for the new part and the install/labor. A-one was fair and provided excellent service keeping me informed during the install. As an AAA member for over 35 years, I have found excellent mechanics that were AAA approved and A-one certainly proves that point. A-one was then used for the last maintenance issue to replace ball bearings. It was the same excellent service as my first experience. During this repair I had the truck towed by AAA service and the tow truck driver also told me that he highly recommends A-one since he has had much feedback from tow customers in the past. Daniel and Joel, the owner is exceptional in their service and concern for a job well done at a fair price. A-one is my go-to mechanic for all my future needs.

Comment : Was in a minor accident and had to bring in my toyota to be repaired. Had used this body shop several years ago for minor repair and was also satisfied with service. They are very responsive over the phone and via email. Jessica helped me throughout the entire process. Turnaround time was reasonable (factoring in the availability parts). She either checked in with me or she would get back to me right away when i called. They did a great job on the repair. When i addressed a couple of minor issues, Jessica was quick to offer a resolution and was able to work with my schedule. She made the best effort to make the process go as smoothly as possible. Would def use this body shop again.

Comment : I am not dissatisfied with the fact of getting a oem bumper after concerning the fact of that from the start i stated i wanted oem parts. I am disappointed due to once I received the car the first time with the after market bumper that there was missing clips on the trunk bed liner, of course there will probably be no evidence in the wheel lock lug nug missing since your team would probably know spots where cameras cant see. Its hard to believe that first my clips where missing and now theres a wheel lock lug nug missing.

Comment : When I first start coming to A1 I gave them five stars service was amazing fixed the job right had no problems. Fast forward to two years later had some major work done needed engine replaced took forever although not totally on them. Now here's where the issue lies when I got my car back check engine light was still on,AC no longer worked and making a hissing sound I had no issues with my AC prior to bringing it in,auto start no longer worked. I was told to bring it in for a couple more days even though they had my car for 6 months so can't figure out why the check engine light is on possibly a sensor need to be replaced. Check myself and come to find out O2 sensor was never plugged in so that fixed that problem. However I still have a non-operable AC due to their incompetent mechanics. Will never do business with them again I used to recommend people and take people to their shop will never ever do it again this place is a money gouger and does inadequate work. They need to rehire whatever mechanics they had before because the ones they have now or I'm not going to say all of them the one that worked on my car does not know what the hell he's doing

Comment : If you or anyone you know is in need of any type of auto repair, look no further! A-One Auto Center was my top choice out of all the competitor body shops in the area near me. Surprisingly, it was also the most affordable option. Ruben(the manager) and the rest of his team were super helpful from the start and were willing to answer all the questions that my dad and I had about the car. All of the other body shops were charging me so much and did not want to repair and only wanted to replace my whole bumper and quarter panel and Ruben was the only one that said they can fix it in no time! I was informed it would take 4 days and it indeed was done by then. He even gave me his business card and told me to call or text him if I had any further questions. Upon picking up my car, it was shining and super clean as if I had just bought it from the dealership again. The damage that was done prior was completely fixed and looked as if nothing even happened to begin with. I am so happy that I found this shop and always recommend them to my close family and friends. Thank you so much A-One, you guys are truly the best :)
