Comment : We were on vacation in Branson when our air conditioner blower motor went out. We showed up at the shop as they opened in the morning. Dealt with Brad the service manager. They got us in right away, checked it out, confirmed it was the blower motor, gave a more than fair estimate. Said they’ed order the part right away, as you have to wait for parts in Branson . Let us use a loaner car they had, only had to pay for gas. By 1:00 the same day they were done and had us on the road back to Minnesota. Our Thanks to Brad and the crew!!! They go above and beyond, especially considering we’re out of towners and not return customers. Highly recommend them no matter where your from!!!

Comment : Our Excursion broke down while visiting the lake for the weekend. AAA was called and took it to their garage. They got it fixed very quickly. They custom made the part we needed to save us money. We couldn't have asked for better service. We never even saw anyone in person. The truck was towed there and left. When it was finished they hid the key in it and we picked it up the next weekend. Would use them again if we have anymore problems while visiting Branson.

Comment : They ripped us off for $412 so that they would change all the fluids and flush out transaxle and all the fluids in my husbands truck Chuck he got home off the road got underneath it looked at everything none of the plugs have been taken out the oil filter was not the one that he asked for they didn't do anything they said they were going to do they charge $412 not to do it turn off oil filter that was on there was so tight it took him an hour to get it off and it wasn't the real filter that he wanted

Comment : Was in town for vacation and my high pressure power steering hose broke. They tracked down the part and had me done same day with warranty and right at estimated cost. They took a bad day that put our vacation on hold. After swimming a couple hours at condo, got the call and car is done! Getting ready to head to dinner show with family now. Thank you to your team there!
