Comment : Four days for a diagnosis when they already know what's the problem. Ask for 3k to replace the diesel particulate after about 2-3 years from the last replacement. VW should have just taken these cars off the road. It went from fix to a financial burden.

Comment : Straight forward and transparent dealership. They do a full inspection of your vehicle and let you know whats going on, any additional issues found and pricing. The per hour shop price is relatively high for what I am use to but it is California, and a dealership.

Comment : Went in for general maintenance and vehicle inspection and to top off fluids. Windshield wiper fluid was not topped off had to add 3/4 of a gallon of my own. Coolant was below minimum line so I had to top that off on my own. My oil light was on and after the vehicle visual inspection youd think theyd see the oil light on and recommend an oil change but never got done so I went and changed my oil. Will never come to this place again. If you are getting things done for free under a warranty plan they absolutely hate doing it unless youre paying for it.
