Comment : Absolutely unacceptable experience. We left our vehicle at this shop without any follow up on repairs. We had to call several times for any and all updates. Once I paid the bill I informed them I had no way as of yet to move the immobile vehicle. I called twice to follow up after the fact. I spoke with a woman and then a man. We finally found someone to move the vehicle for us only to find out after the fact that they had it impounded—without a single phone call, message, or attempt to notify us that it needed to be picked up. Magically two days later we received a letter from the impound company for a bill of $1000 plus towing costs, and have now learned he’s charging us $50/ day. There was no warning, no follow-up, nothing. Now we’re stuck dealing with impound fees and the headache of retrieving our car, all because of their complete lack of communication and basic professionalism. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
