Comment : Had some issues with my car overheating and a possible coolant leak and looked into some local shops online.

Came across Anna Tire and Auto, where their website was very informative about what services they offer and included detailed descriptions for each service.

Their hours aligned with my work schedule wonderfully and they were less than 5 minutes from home so I decided to schedule an appointment.

Scheduling an appointment online was easy, followed the prompt provided and was able to get in early in the morning to drop off my car.

They communicate through text, informing me of each update while working on my car, and asking for approval before making any repairs with a price estimate, which I appreciated. The total price was reasonable for all the work that they did.

They made things very easy from beginning to end, repairing my water pump basically the same day. They made sure to run a few more tests to make sure everything was good, and I was able to get my car back the next morning!

I appreciate the timely work, communication through the process, and the amount of detail they put into the website.

Will definitely going back to them for any future repairs amd services. I highly recommend them!

Comment : I recommend Anna Tire & Auto to everybody! They do great work, their customer service is awesome, and more than once the final bill has been less than what they quoted!!
