Comment : Yes, you're going to spend a little more. However, you're going to get every pennies worth back in service and expertise.

EDIT: I don't know what happened but, this place has gotten bad. Still too expensive and you'll be ignored if you walk in now. They're also really shorthanded so plan on waiting a very long time for any service. You won't even be acknowledged if you simply walk in and if you call the old guy is rude. Not gonna lie... Felt a little racist to me. ?????

Comment : Our GMC acadia recently stopped working at a gas station- so we had it towed to andy?s to have it looked at. I called them the next day and they said ?my engine was shot? and quoted me 10-12k to fix. I asked if they were sure it wasn?t something else, and they were very stern and said no. We still owe over 10k on this 2018 vehicle. we were stressed.
We went to go get the keys, and they didn?t charge us for a diagnostic, and the paper didn?t have any codes or anything for what was wrong with it. they told us it was the timing chain. didn?t sit right with me considering they told us we?d have to pay for them to look at it.
We decided to get it towed to another shop- and a day later the called and told us it was just the started. a 400 dollar fix vs over 10k, and our engine is just fine! Timing chain is perfectly fine, and our SUV is like brand new after the new starter.

I?d advise not going to andy?s. seems they just want to try and get money from you, without actually looking at your vehicle.
