Comment : Took my van in to be diagnosed. They determined I had toque converter shudder. Then told me transmission could be flushed to fix this. Then next day told me I need a new transmission for 8800 dollars. Assured me there are no used transmissions available (found several locally) and I can not purchase one myself I have to have their transmission. They also damaged my hood and cb antenna by slamming the base of my antenna under the hood. Long story short me and my buddy flushed the transmission ourselves and added a friction modifier, and the problem has gone away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP THEY ARE SHADY AND PREDATORY!!!!!!

Comment : I'm usually hesitant to leave 1 star reviews, but my experience today warrants the rating. I own a business where I use my work truck on a daily basis, and it takes a lot of planning to get my truck serviced. Today is Wednesday May 20th and I scheduled my alignment the previous Friday. I dropped my Truck off at 2pm for a 3:30 appointment. Now 5 pm rolls around and no call, then 5:30. So I call up there and I am informed that they didn't touch my vehicle. The service manager seemed apathetic and could care less about my business. I even wonder if they would have bothered to inform me that it wasnt getting done today. He did offer me a dismal $20 off if I rescheduled.
My service business relies heavily on being punctual and taking into account my customers schedules and them usually having to take time off work, and bugging friends and family to help with my appointments. There was a clear lack of communication and accountability on the part of the scheduling/service department. Needless to say I would not recommend Andy's if your time is important to you, because it was clear my time and patronage was not appreciated.

Comment : Yes, you're going to spend a little more. However, you're going to get every pennies worth back in service and expertise.

EDIT: I don't know what happened but, this place has gotten bad. Still too expensive and you'll be ignored if you walk in now. They're also really shorthanded so plan on waiting a very long time for any service. You won't even be acknowledged if you simply walk in and if you call the old guy is rude. Not gonna lie... Felt a little racist to me. ?????
