Comment : Brought my car in for a battery drain because I didn’t have time to take every panel off my car to look for a ground wire, held my car for a week and charged me $800 and all they did was put in a new battery, when my car died later that week and I brought it back they said it’s the alternator now and I need to bring it to the person who replaced the alternator. brought it to another shop they told me the alternator is fine and the battery is bad now and they thing there’s a loose wire somewhere but they don’t have wiring diagrams, called Andy’s back and they said there’s nothing the can do because they don’t work on Mercedes now. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop if you’re thinking about bringing your car here don’t do it you’ll only be overcharged for shitty work

Comment : They had my vehicle for 3 weeks and couldn't fix it. I had to return it after it was "fixed" due the original problem not being fixed after 20 min. of driving. I spent $1700 on chassis and suspension but my original problem was never fixed. Skylar took for ever to let me know what was going on after the $1700 was collected. I had to call every few days just to be up to speed. Alex was helpful the best way he could. They also left my components of the steering column and made the problem worst. It went from no power steering to the wheel automatically turns right without touching it.
