Comment : Staff are very friendly here. I got my first ever dealership car here in October 2021, a 2017 Ford Focus SEL Sedan with 63k on it. I bring my car in here to be serviced and inspected when i can and dont have time to do the car maintenance myself. Seems like one staff person in Service doesn't know all on the Ford vehicles like she should. I asked about cost on replacement/testing my fuel fiter/pump in the gas tank and was told there made for the life of the vehicle. Yet, according to the Ford techs on line, they recommend replacement after 100k and my car has a little over 133.5k. So, I guess off to another Ford Dealership in the area. While at other location ill have them do a few more diagnostics and bill Endurance for them all then fix all that needs fixing!! Yet, for the most part A GREAT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE AND TO GET ONE ALSO.

Comment : on Friday, we did an impromptu ride from Cherokee to Pigeon Forge. coming back, as we entered the road through the mountain, my SUV started misfiring, bad. we had no choice than to take the chance of making it back, and we did. now the stress of finding a mechanic on a Saturday morning to help fix the problem. we were visitors and we're ready to go back home that day, but, couldn't. didn't have an appointment but showed up with the hopes of receiving help. they took us in for diagnostic test, and they came back with what was wrong. after giving them to go ahead and fix the problem, within 30 minutes, we were on our way back home. so grateful that they helped us on a whim, and were able to fix the situation.

Comment : I bought a brand new 2025 bronco sport from Dustin and he made the buying process far easier than I could’ve expected. Negotiations were quick as well as the paperwork. He was helpful and not pressuring which was great for me as a first time auto buyer. Brooke was very knowledgeable about all of the amazing new features in my car and was able to explain each button’s function as well as setting up my ford app. Overall GREAT experience!
