Comment : I just had my first experience with the service department and it was outstanding. I couldn't get an appointment for an oul change at the Bryson City or Waynesville dealership so when I was in Sylva they had time to do an oil change while I waited.Melieah was very helpful and professional. I'll be back!

Comment : I used the mobile service for my oil change today, and it was so cool! The communication was amazing, I received a call when my tech, Mason, was on the way and everything was so smooth! It was nice to be able to have my car serviced while not taking time out of my work day to do so. Mason was amazing, professional and super timely!

Comment : My family was coming back from vacation in Tallulah Falls, Georgia, when we broke down near Sylva. AAA was a nightmare to deal with, but once the car was towed here, everything went smoothly. Bobbi and Jordan were great and had the car up and running in less than three hours. They were kind, professional, and personable, and helped us make the best of a difficult situation. Highly recommended to anyone in need of car services in the area.

Comment : So I just got me 2025 Ford Ranger xlt and I love it, Greg Jamison was the most awesome salesman, even before I got the Ranger he would keep checking up and trying to get me the best deal he could. I will always go to andy shaw for my car shopping. Also want to let everyone know that Holli was awesome, she answerd every question that I had. I will definitely go back again.
