Comment : I bought a brand new 2025 bronco sport from Dustin and he made the buying process far easier than I could’ve expected. Negotiations were quick as well as the paperwork. He was helpful and not pressuring which was great for me as a first time auto buyer. Brooke was very knowledgeable about all of the amazing new features in my car and was able to explain each button’s function as well as setting up my ford app. Overall GREAT experience! Comment : First and foremost, let me be completely positive.

Bobbi reassured me after several difficult situations with my other advisor that the service manager Chad would make sure I left happy.

There were multiple repairs done in my vehicle and I wanted to wait till my third fill up before I commented so I was doing it with a clear conscience.

I AM HAPPY!

Everyone is allowed to make mistakes and everyone is allowed to try again. However, my first service advisor instead of fixing my vehicle suggested I put a 5 gallon tank in the back of my car in case I run out of fuel.

Then came along. Bobbi and Chad.

These two incredible service members went above and beyond and not only assured that my vehicle was finally fixed, but also that I did not pay for the loaner vehicle I used or the extra repair that was needed due to the misunderstanding.

I will use Ford again, I will use Ms. Bobbi as my advisor if I need to and I want to thank Chad publicly for being a man of his word and making a happy customer out of me.

Comment : Bought a used truck recently from Andy Shaw Ford. Dustin Shuler did a great job throughout the entire process.
