Comment : Brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change and to have my stolen wheel-lock key replaced by removing the wheel locks and installing standard lug nuts. Instead, I was told my nearly new vehicle needed a wheel alignment and fuel cleaner, which I declined.

When I picked up the vehicle, the rear wheel lock was still on and lug nuts were missing off the rear tire. I was charged for 4 lug nuts, and I'm suspicious that the mechanic just took the lug nuts off the rear tire and placed them on my actual tire.

I was very patient with them during this whole process. I had to return the next day and wait over two hours just to have one wheel lock removed. I then said I am frustrated and want my car regardless if they took the lock off or not. They gave me my vehicle. The one thing I brought my vehicle in for was not done correctly, while I was simultaneously being pressured to pay for unnecessary services. It was sketchy service and I would not recommend this service department to my worst enemy

Comment : Terrible experience from start to finish. They kept my car for 3 weeks, charged me $1,500, and a week later the check engine light came back on. Now they want another $200 diagnostic plus $300 to check the EVAP system. and didn't fix the problem So what exactly was the first diagnostic for?
The first guy I dealt with, Brian (I believe), was also extremely rude and had terrible communication. Trash service all around. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Comment : I would not recommend the service department based on my experience. As a young mother, I have felt that my concerns have not always been taken seriously, and I have continued to experience the same issue with my vehicle after multiple service visits.

Over the past four weeks, my vehicle has been in the shop for approximately two and a half weeks. The first visit lasted a week and a half, and when I got my vehicle back, it was still making the same noise in the front end. I brought it back again, and it was kept for another week, despite initially being told the repair would take two days. The original paperwork noted that the service department heard the noise, but the vehicle was still returned to me with the issue unresolved.

I heard the noise again the evening I picked up my vehicle. A week has now passed, and after sending multiple videos of the noise to my service advisor, as instructed by the receptionist, I have still not received any follow-up. I feel like I have been overly patient and perhaps that is part of the issue.

The repairs have been covered under warranty. However, it is still frustrating to be without a vehicle for extended periods of time and to continue having the same issue after multiple visits.

Comment : Can’t recommend these folks enough. Nicki was more than accommodating with scheduling, then when other issues were discovered, Erik was incredibly transparent and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of correctly.

Comment : The service department is awful.. 2 weeks just to get a diagnostic done then even longer to fix it. They are awful with communication.. This place has definitely went down hill... I will not come back here for service. The service writers are rude and hateful.

Comment : This place is a joke, they are rude and hateful I called to ask about service and the woman at the service center hung up on me. I have heard several stories about how this place is a ripoff do not take your vehicle there unless you want to be overcharged and treated like dirt. 0 out of 10 would not recommend

Comment : Made an appt a week and a half in advance for Monday 8am. Got there at 7:45am and they told me it would be at least a 2 hour wait just for an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up taking 2 hours and 50 min. Why even let people make appointments when they don't mean anything? Either just dont make appointments an option or quit overbooking.
