Comment : I can only in good conscience give them two stars. They charged excessive shop supply fees, and I was unaware of this until after I had paid it was not disclosed during the estimate or any time during the repair process. Everything else was great including the customer service. Hiding over $50 in shop supplies is a little crazy

Comment : Service date 4/17/26: I just want to give a great shoutout to the staff at American Pride Fort Eustis. They immediately make you feel welcome and that they are going to do their part to make you comfortable. I especially would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to their team member JACOB! Not only is he very professional he did something for me today that went far beyond his scope of duties and did it all with a very humble and kind heart. I cannot thank him enough.
