Comment : Service date 4/17/26: I just want to give a great shoutout to the staff at American Pride Fort Eustis. They immediately make you feel welcome and that they are going to do their part to make you comfortable. I especially would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to their team member JACOB! Not only is he very professional he did something for me today that went far beyond his scope of duties and did it all with a very humble and kind heart. I cannot thank him enough. I hope that he feels noticed and appreciated. ??

Comment : First, I never write reviews. I look at them all the time, but rarely take the time to write one myself...I felt it was needed to offset some of the reviews I've read here... I recently relocated to Williamsburg and in the midst of packing up and selling my home, I lost sight of my car inspection. It was already over due. I called American Pride and they were able to get me in the same day and even helped me get back and forth to my hotel from drop off to pick up. I am a widow and often get hit up for 'added repairs and services'...(I think being a woman dealing with car things, makes me a target). Given some of the other reviews here, I was a little worried that would be the case. They couldn't have been more kind, were courteous and no added 'recommended services or repairs' were pushed onto me. Just a passed state inspection and ready to go. Thank you American Pride. I wanted others to know, that I DID have good experience and didn't get the usual hit up for add ons.

Comment : Brought car in for state inspection, they tried to upsell us on items that were not needed and not part of the inspection.(ex. said was due for oil change while it is not needed for another 3,000 miles}. appreciate the thorough inspection but it seems like only interested in sales not building relationship

Comment : I came here with issues with my GMC. Firestone told me one thing, because the diagnostic reading was telling them that one thing. I brought my vehicle to Pride and was pretty much told that Firestone was incorrect and that that one thing was operating ok. Anthony, the gentleman that helped me (im not going to lie, I hope they never lose Anthony!) was fully transparent, told me what they would do to my vehicle, what they would check, and potential pricing options for that labor. I never felt rushed, lied too, swindled, or manipulated. They took my vehicle and later I was directly emailed an itemized report with pics and video for reference. They told me the diagnostic sensor Firestone was seeing was actually my timing chain. I called after receiving the report, and was given a full breakdown by Anthony. I cant stress this part enough...there was ZERO pushing on trying to get money out of my by telling me I needed to get everything fixed. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable, and transparent. Left it up to me on what I wanted to pay to get fixed. Afterwards, the price i was quoted was the same thing i paid, and the car drove fantastically. Still does! Maybe 3 months later my girlfriend was having issues with something on her vehicle, so I knew who to take it too.

Pride Automotive will treat you with respect and dignity. I do a lot of normal maintenance on my vehicle, so usually I can tell when a mechanic is trying to get me to run up the bill. Pride did not. Do yourself a favor if you're ever in need of mechanic help and bring your vehicles here.
