Comment : We were visiting Williamsburg on vacation and had a belt in a tire bust, causing an awful wobble.... After calling around American Pride came highly recommended.... They had us in within an hour of first reaching out and within 30 min already diagnosed the problem and had a new set of tires ordered. With an appointment the next morning to get the work done Kayla, Brandon and the crew were amazing!!! No BS, didn't try to get over on visiting travellers.... These people were awesome.... Great customer service 10 out of 10.... HIGHLY recommend

Comment : Horrible experience, first off some mechanic took off in my vehicle to do a so called 1 mile test drive that I didn’t authorize bc none of their employees are on my insurance but get this…sat there for an hour and 30 min while they picked my jeep apart when I came in for a simple state inspection. They tried pitching me all of the issues I’m aware about with the vehicle but then fail me on some petty stuff like a muffler bracket and the fact that I have aftermarket head and tail lights…. Don’t use them! There was a reason they had several slots for inspections open when everyone else is full up … STAY AWAY!! I should have red the yelp reviews but we know next time!

Comment : Overpriced diagnostic and overquoted the repairs. The part is $50, and very quick, simple fix. Quoted $1,200 before tax. Still a $220 diagnostic.
