Comment : Very professional. Our family had a truck and two SUVs repaired at the Yorktown American Pride auto/truck repair facility. We are very satisfied with their honest repairs. Johnathan and Ricardo are the best as far as our family is concerned. We think they strive for customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work guys and Thanks.

Comment : My first time using American Pride and I am very happy with the service. They explained everything thoroughly and honest . They were even able to get an Uber to send me to work and pick me up from work. I would definitely recommend using them.

Comment : The service I had done at American Pride Automotive was only for a vehicle inspection, but it was far superior than other automotive shops. To begin with, it was by appointment, so there was NO WAIT. Virginia drivers have all experienced the frustration of either waiting a long time to get an inspection done, or being left without the vehicle when you leave it at the shop. They do motorcycles as well, which is the vehicle I took in this time. The staff is great and the waiting area has free refreshments. I was in and out in 15 minutes - the time it took me to dring a cup of coffee!

Comment : I got a flat tire on I64 and this was the closest auto shop I found on google. The guys went above and beyond inspecting the tire, unable to do anything but change it the next day, and
filled the tire with air so I can drive to Walmart (barely made it) and even called Walmart to see if they have the tire I needed. Very friendly and didn’t charge me a dime. Would definitely recommend the shop for anyone living in the area!

Comment : Intake of my vehicle was fast and efficient. We discussed the work to be done and I received an estimate of the cost. Later, I was contacted about additional work that had to be done and I approved it. The vehicle was ready as promised .
