Comment : They figured out in issue with the vehicle I had a hunch on but was told by multiple mechanic shops that; that specific part looked good. 4 different shops to be exact (1 in Florida and 3 in VA). Turned out the part I initially thought was bad, was actually bad (rotors/Drums-warped). All in all there was a plethora of issues needing attention, but that part of my experience just tells me this time I?m dealing with knowledgeable qualified mechanics who care about the service they provide. In totality the service was perfect as far as I could tell.
