Comment : I have never in my life met more nice caring people. My day today was hell.. from the start of the day EVERYTHING went wrong. There isn't enough space to go through my day but the people that work at this shop know who I am. my tire blew out.. they fixed it then on my way home another tire blew out. You guys have no idea how bad my day has been and how close to having a breakdown I was. You guys are AMAZING and I can't ever thank you enough for today. I will absolutely drive out to this shop now for anything I need done on my car. Some people don't realize how far a small act of kindness goes and from start to finish you guys went above and beyond!!! Thnk you so much again!!

DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES!
Husbands car got towed Friday night, we picked it up Monday morning, and after paying their ridiculous $200 release fee, we find that the custom made pocket knife I bought for my husband was missing. We asked, and the guy said it wasn't them. So we go to the PD, because the only other person in the car that night was the cop - they had body cam footage of the cop leaving the pocket knife in the center console, so these scruffy thieves lied to us.
We'll be letting everyone we know to avoid these scumbags.

Comment : After hitting a huge pothole on Route 104 in Medina, I ended up with a flat tire. My "run-flat" tire had a hole blown in the side and was not drivable. I didn't have a spare so I had to call AAA. Will from A & M Transmissions was dispatched and was at my car loading it on a flat-bed within an hour from the initial call into AAA. Will was very helpful and courteous. From the call from Tony letting me know that Will was on his way and would be to me in less than 30 minutes (which he was), to the loading of my car on the flat-bed, they made a bad situation less annoying and frustrating. Based on the service I received, I would highly recommend A & M.
