Comment : Hello! We had the rear brakes and rear tires replaced on 8-8-18 at Alvarez Lincoln Jaguar and as always Ivan Carillo (Maintenance Manager) and Jim Lynch took great care of our vehicle. Some thing else happened worth mention. My wife's Birthday just past on 8-6-18 and it was time to replace my wife's Cadillac. I wanted to buy her an XJL Luxury four door, somewhere between $100,000 to $130,000 and was prepared to do so. Mr. Alvarez overheard my conversation with the sales person Keith Somerville and came over and told Keith to show me the 2013 XJL he had just put on the lot. Keith showed me and I bought IT! It had 45523 on the odometer and double mint condition. My wife Loves it and I saved $90,000. Mr. Alvarez treats you like family. What a deal! Respectfully, Malcolm Driggs
