Comment : I need to respond after reading a negative review from a couple of weeks ago. I have been doing business with Alton Auto from the day they opened. I have never been treated better by any business in my life. I feel like they treat me and many of my family members and friends like they are family. The work is always done right the first time and done on time and efficiently. I recommend this business to everyone who asks about it without hesitation. The review posted complaining is so out of character that it leads me to believe it s a fabricated story. Comment : Will never recommend this hole to anyone! My son went here for an issue with his brakes and was told the ABS sensor was bad and the wheel bearing had fluid in it first off wheel bearings of front hubs are sealed and you can t see inside of them! He was prepared to have the work done until some idiot found out that he was traveling to Florida the next day and told him to come get his car because he didn t want his name attached to it.. why is that? Because you do half ass work and don t trust your work? Or is it because you were trying to rip him off? The car was taken to a Reputable shop and there were no issues with the wheel bearing at all! You should be ashamed as well as shut down!Will never recommend this hole to anyone!
