Comment : I was really impressed by their alignment process. Most shops set the toe and let it go. This shop does the alignment, drives the car and then rechecks the alignment to make sure it's still in spec before letting it go. I was so tired of my tires getting ruined by bad alignments from other shops that don't care. I will be back for sure.

Comment : First of all I was treated honestly and respectfully. I knew the issue when I came in and as a woman I am accustomed to repair shops and dealerships assuming I am an easy target to overcharge or create fake issues with. Dave listened to me and then examined the van and reported back to me exactly what it was and even discovered why it was a recurring problem so I wouldn’t have to keep getting it repaired. The waiting room is huge! Clean and spacious, inviting sitting areas with hot and cold complimentary drinks accompanied by Bella the official four legged greeter who will bring you her toys and entertain your children! Clean bathroom and friendly knowledgeable counter ladies and a subway shop next door almost made it feel like an afternoon out. Promptly completed very fairly priced and everything clearly explained in advance. An ideal situation.

Comment : Dave is AWESOME! Had a wheel bearing go on my way from northern VT to Wells, ME and they were able to fix it same day. Spent the day there in the waiting room talking to the lovely staff. Shops was recommended to me thru AAA, and cannot personally recommend the shop enough after this experience! Thinking of making the trip for Dave to be my main/annual mechanic to help me get my car’s routine maintenance back up to date. Will be back for sure!!! :)) Thanks again, Dave!
