Comment : I had my battery, idler pulley, alternator, and serpentine belt replaced. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan was excellent with communicating what needed to be repaired. He gave recommendations and quotes for future repairs. The pricing was reasonable for what I had done. The quotes provided were cheaper than what the dealership quoted. I had a good experience overall and will likely go back for my future repair needs.

Had my car towed here, they charged $250 just to look at it, said I needed a new thermostat housing unit, charged $300+ for that and a new hose $150 plus labor. Spent $897 and the antifreeze was leaking again and broke 3 weeks later.

They are nice and professional, but very expensive.

Comment : Traveling for work when my car started to have issues. Unfamiliar with the area, I did research online. Als had several positive reviews. Made an appointment. The staff was friendly professional and knowledgeable. My car was back on the road before the end of the workday. Also, their complimentary shuttle service dropped me off at work and picked me up when the car was ready. The experience was fantastic!

Comment : Brought car to Al’s because it failed inspection due to a transmission issue. Turns out there was no problem there at all! Car passed inspection, got some recommendations for future service to extend life of car. Thorough and professional, I will be back.
