Comment : Was quoted a huge price to fix some worn out ball joints/lower on my 2003 Ford Expedition. Called the Ford dealer in Meridian and they recommended Al's Car Care.
So glad I took their advice and got a second opinion. Al saved us a bundle of money and I really trust him and his team. His front desk lady Diana was awesome too. I got the sense that the employees at Al's cared about their customers, each other and we're honest and honorable. I don't plan on going anywhere else with my Ford. So happy with their service and honesty!!!

Comment : My 2016 Audi was acting sluggish. Trying to avoid high dealership costs I went here. Their diagnosis was all correct however, with them not having specific Audi software, they were unable to discern what needed done first/next etc. I will say that I believe their cost estimation for my repairs to be very competitive. During this process they unfortunately damaged my seatbelt which set off the airbag indicator light. They fixed it free of charge. While I did end up getting my work done elsewhere I would still say this team is top tier.

Comment : I tried several other mechanics in the Treasure Valley for work I needed done that was covered by my CarShield policy and none of them were willing to deal with CarShield except for Al's. I am very pleased with the work they did for me and I have found my new regular mechanic for my CarShield covered vehicle!

Comment : I had these guys do numerous things to my 20 year old truck that needed all kinds of stuff as far as maintainance is concerned. I had a list of things I knew needed done and some things I didn't know until they showed me me and explained what else needed attention. I do a lot of my own maintainable but for some things I leave to the pros. They have always treated me fair when it comes to pricing and have bailed both me and my wife out more than once when we broke down on the road and even did the repairs on the spot in some cases. These guys are top flight in my book and I always refer my friends to them when they need stuff done to their vehicles. A Plus Plus!
