Comment : The sign of a good company, at least to me, is what they do when things go wrong. Less than a year into my rotor and brake pad replacement, I started to have issues again, just outside of the warranty period. To my surprise, because there are hardly any good/honest companies out there these days, they took full accountability and redid the job for free.Great people, great service, and they stand behind their work. Comment : 2018 ford fiesta 120k has some issues and needed a tune up.Dropped the car off overnightNext day, they looked at the car RIGHT AWAYCOMMUNICATION:Excellent. They sent me a text in the morning saying they will work on the car and call me for updates. The technician Freddie called me through out the day and updated me with needed information.DROP OFF BOX:Shops closed at 5 pm and on the weekend so the only way for me to do it was to drop it off overnight. There is a Key drop box right in the front office.SERVICES:They couldn???t find anything with my car. All the items on the up check list was done. Car is still in good shape. Since they wasn???t able to find anything, they DIDN???T charge me at all.OVERALL.This isn???t the first time I used the local shop. Comment : I went in to get a full inspection of my 2013 Honda CR-V LX and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Alonso and the entire staff were extremely professional and answered my questions honestly. I've rarely walked away from a mechanic feeling as comfortable as I did using their shop. Comment : Their RepairPal certificate is a sham. RepairPal says the average cost for A/C service is $100. I was quoted $220, that's without them even looking at my car. I walked right out the door and across the street to Al & Lees, and they quoted me $89.95. DO NOT SHOP AT ALONSO'S. This is a scam shop.
