Comment : Excellent customer service. Researched to see that they had what I needed in stock, then offered same day service. Knowledgeable mechanic. He quickly popped off my old wipers & replaced with new ones.(My Lexus SC 430 has wiper blades that are different than most wiper blades.)

Comment : Gary, Brian, and the crew at Allbrand continued their tradition of responsive, trustworthy service to our family by making same-day repairs to my Prius so I could get back on the road. I left my vehicle, with its several dashboard indicator lights and front left clunking sound. They investigated, called with the diagnosis and estimate, and I was able to pick up my car before the end of the day. I proceeded to make a 600-mile trip with great peace of mind and no incident. Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.
