Comment : Lauren was incredible. She worked to get us in immediately following a transmission issue with a Subaru while we were stranded. They were very thorough with the diagnostic, and went above and beyond to service the transmission, an electrical emergency brake issue, and oil. Price was fair, even less than in some cases, compared to surrounding areas and average price. Also they got us out the same day! Car was in by 9am and out by 4:30pm. Very appreciative of the services all terrain provided.

Comment : We recently had the unfortunate experience of losing the engine on our car. Fortunately, we found All-Terrain in our city of Las Vegaa. In our unfortunate circumstances, we were treated with compassion and care as the problem was diagnosed and communicated to us. Steve and Lauren were wonderful to work with. Now that we have found them at All-Terrain, we will be using them for all our automotive needs. We highly recommend them to others.

Comment : We were on our way to camp for a family group camping trip. Driving my mom’s 98 Dodge 2500 diesel truck the power steering and brake hydraulics broke on Raton Pass. We made it to Las Vegas , NM. During looking for someplace to fix the truck we found All Terrain Trans shop where they said they could do the work fairly soon. We left it there with most of our camping supplies and took what we could in other family vehicles and went on to our camping vacation. No rental vehicles were available in Las Vegas, NM or even Santa Fe but did find one in Roswell. All Terrain quickly found the parts needed to fix it and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. We picked up the truck on our way home from our camping trip at Brantley Lake State Park. The employees at All Terrain were courteous and accommodating to us. It’s now about a week later and so far the truck is running fine.

Comment : Manuel, Lauren and the rest of the team did a great job helping not only fix my truck but to get to the shop in the first place. I was atop Johnson Mesa when the transmission let go, so had to get to pavement first. Lauren helped find a tow company to pick up the truck at the location.
Manuel and the team did the work needed and nothing extra. Parts were a challenge to source and I appreciate the efforts to find and pick them up.

Comment : Very prompt in their service! I had to be towed in and they immediately started diagnosing my car! Took pictures of the problem and I was able to return my car to my original mechanic with notes and pictures proving the repair was warranted. They got me back on the road in less than 3 hours! Very impressive! Lauren, the front desk employee, was very knowledgeable and helpful during my entire encounter! Thank you Lauren!!!
