Comment : A few years ago my truck broke down on I25 in late December. They know I was in a desperate need of getting my truck fixed. They diagnosed a bad transmission and got it fixed but charged me almost $4400 for an 4l60e stock transmission that the rebuild. It was an excessive cost and obviously they did price gauging because of the desperate need I had. Transmission worked for 10month before breaking down again. Comment : On Dec 24, 2024 engine light came on(in my 2007 Sostice) Approx 2 months later and $ 2669.47 charged, the engine light remains on. They informed me that other issues still existed and cause of the light remaining on. I removed the vehicle from the premises. One issue was the throttle body ($100.37) to replace. $ 10.00 can of throttle spray problem solved. I feel i was over charged for the PCM, ($1410.48). Normally unit install from $ 450 to $ 500. Comment : They kept the vehicle for a couple months before even trying to diagnose the issue. Once they did, they suggested that a new CVT belt had a good chance of fixing the issue. It was my decision to try suggested fix, but it did not fix issue. Ended having the car at their shop for several months, spending about $1K and getting the vehicle back in the same condition.

Comment : Thought I d give them a chance. I work on my own vehicles and I know what s wrong with my car. I just don t have the time or equiptment to take off my transmission to replace my slave cylinder. I asked to speak with a mechanic and the girl up front wanted to know the issue. I explained and she says it would be a $275 diagnostic charge. Why diagnose when I already know what s going on. Bad experience from the start so I walked out the door. I know the owners family personally and they even tell me not to take it there. I know exactly why. Not to mention. I went for an oil change a long while back to keep my car under warranty and they didn t even tighten my oil plug right. I was leaking oil all over the dam place. Crappy place.
