Comment : If I could rate this place lower I would. My battery died and I had to be towed there. Before the tow I called to see if they could look at or find a loose wire somewhere besides replacing the battery. I was assured they would check the eletrical system. They did not. It took them 8 hrs to replace a battery. They absolutely didn't fix my car or even look at the electrical. They charged me for diagnostic, they gave me no results for that in my paperwork. $225.27 They charged me $302.33 for the battery. Charged me another $56 for mystery fees. They lied to me 4 separate times on the phone. I called 10am they said the battery was being put in and they'd call in a few mins. They did not. I called again at 12 same story I was told they were putting it in and she would call right back. I called at 2 dude was just getting back from lunch. Still no battery. Called at 4. Still no battery so my husband went to pick up van. She told him it was on a test drive. It wasn't. It was setting there. Still no battery. They put the battery in while he was there and test drove it after 4 pm. There is no way they tested it after the battery was installed. Husband was there to see and they did not. They told me I needed an oil change. It was changed 200 miles ago. Told me I needed an air filter. Just changed it. They didn't fix the signal light that was out before it was dropped off or even notice that with their $225 test. Worst place I've ever taken a car in the country. Go anywhere else. Edit: when I dropped off my car both wipers worked. Now only 1 does. Seems like they should have noticed that if they had actually looked at my car for a short.

Comment : This place is a hook. They will DEFINITELY ripp you off. They claim you have more problems than you really have. SAY they replace parts charge you almost double and not replace parts. BEWARE

Comment : Honest and respectful. The techs are very kind even took me to my hotel!! And the front clerk is very nice. I had to take a nap in the show room. She still treated me with respect

Comment : I broke down there traveling from Colorado to Quartzsite Arizona. I have a Ford Transit high top camper van, and the fuel pump in the tank had quit on me. I checked another auto repair and they could not get to it for 2 weeks, but these guys said they could start that afternoon. They were able to get the parts the next day which was not in the city, from-Santa Fe. They repaired it that day and And I was on the road again that evening. I had to stay in a motel 1 night, and one of the bosses or owner Manuel, gave me and my e-bike a ride to my motel, (very grateful) great guy! I am back in Colorado now and everything worked just fine all the way to Quartzsite and back. (Highly recommend) This is the place you should call first, if you need assistance like that in Las Vegas, NM. They pretty much do it all there!

Comment : I came to this business via several local recommendations. All Terrain Transmissions came thru for me in a big way while traveling. They were friendly, super informed and really went above and beyond to make me feel safe on the road. This was not an easy job and late on a Friday!
Highly recommended for excellent skill and service.

Comment : Quick and high integrity. I broke down while travelling through and they got me back on the road within a day. Very up front about all charges and the estimate they gave me was what I was billed. Service was friendly and helpful as well for someone stranded far from home. Thank you!

Comment : On a trip and truck was shifting hard. It has been shifting hard since having transmission serviced by a dealership in Newton ks. They worked me in the day before Christmas Eve and corrected the problem so I could get home.

They did a great service!
