Comment : All Star was very helpful with the ordering and financing process on the purchase of my F-250 platinum plus vehicle. The Sales Consultant was very helpful and went over about ordering the truck and all the functions after the purchase. The finance manager was very thorough and gave different options with the financing.Thank You Dwight Anthony and Barret Gommel. All Star was very helpful with the ordering and financing process on the purchase of my F-250 platinum plus vehicle. Comment : Purchased Vehicle 2-17-25UPDATE: Day 1 I purchased my vehicle after hours and had to return to the dealership the next day to pay for it, nobody was available to process the payment (minor inconvenience but things happen) Day 2 On my way home from giving my payment I notice that my inspection sticker is expired, they tell me to bring it in the next day (nobody available that day to change it) and they will replace it (another minor inconvenience but they offer to fix it ) Day 3 Wake up from a rainy night to find my vehicle had a minor flood inside, I was asked to bring it in and service would make it right (at this point I am starting to see a pattern) was informed that the BCU in the truck needed to be replaced due to the water getting into the vehicle and my vehicle was there over a week. When I picked my vehicle up from service, there was no mention of the BCU being replaced on the repair invoice, only showing that the sunroof drains were clogged. 2 weeks after receiving the vehicle back I received a text message that my truck has a recall, and they would like to schedule to come service it at my convenience. I immediately went to Fords website and checked the vin on my BLUE CERTIFIED vehicle only to find that there is 3 incomplete recalls on the vehicle. First one was issued 10-16-2017, Second issued 8-31-2018, Third did not show a recall date. Why weren t these addressed before selling my family and I this vehicle! (SAFETY SHOULD BE A PRIORITY ESPECIALLY ADVERTISING CERTIFIED), Nothing about this vehicle appears to be certified, in fact it appears the complete opposite. They clean it up, throw it out for sale, then cross their fingers it doesn t have any issues during the 90 day warranty. You put my family and I at risk by your incompetence, I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend this place due to the complete incompetence and failure to sell me a vehicle that was not thoroughly inspected. If I could give negative stars, that is what I would give. I tried to be the better person in my first review, but now I know the truth.Purchased Vehicle 2-17-25UPDATE: Day 1 I purchased my vehicle after hours and had to return to the dealership the next day to pay for it, nobody was available to process the payment More

Comment : I found this dealership searching CARFAX for Broncos and it honestly was the best experience I could ve had. I went to other dealerships and have not been met with the best price points until I got here. Mr Jiles Teague, JT, was highly assistive in helping me find the bronco I wanted to go with. I originally walked in to purchase a used 2021 but once the numbers were explained in comparison to the new 2024 Bronco I was able to choose with better knowledge. Mr Teague definitely left my wife and I with a pleasant experience and welcomed love in returning to make any future purchases. Additionally, each person apart of the process was kind and patient throughout the entire transaction. Comment : I will never be recommending this place to anyone ever. Nor will I ever be going back myself. My husband brought his truck in to be repaired after an accident happened, with the promise of it being one week, it is extended to two.He has been working out of town recently, forcing us to spend over $1,000 on a rental vehicle.Once my husband does get his truck back, the battery is dead, mind you we have not had any issues up until this point, suddenly after being in their care for 2 weeks, it s dead?I m already paying a substantial amount of money for them to fix it, just for them to give it back to him with a dead battery. We ended up having to get it towed back to them to see what was wrong, just for the Collision Center manager Ronnie to tell me these things just happen sure yes they do.Someone from the shop even told my husband well it was probably a light left on So I m sure negligence was had somewhere. Someone left a light on or left the key in, and now I (a clearly not worthy customer) has to pay on top of the amount said for a new battery? And the least Ronnie could do was cover the labor to put in a new battery, which, give me a break, I could ve went to Auto Zone and gotten one WITHOUT labor cost in the first place, and with much nicer service. The quality inspection manager is also trash to, because why would you give us a truck with a dead battery? And had the inspection been done before starting repairs on the vehicle, the battery life would ve been caught, had it truly been because these things just happen Of course this company isn t starving for money, you d think they d rather fall in favor of keeping a loyal customer rather than saving a buck. Manager Chris doesn t think so.I am not happy with this experience and I will NEVER be back. Customer experience is put last on the list when it comes to this place. I recommend ANY other body shop or company for any vehicle needs.I will never be recommending this place to anyone ever.
