Comment : The mechanics are great but Joel is a salesman first and foremost and only. Dont come here unless you know what you need or you have an extra 600 to blow on upsetting. He clearly gets commission. Its not great.

Comment : The team was incredibly helpful in navigating a warranty claim through Carvana. They provided regular updates and advocated for the necessary repairs. Once approved, the repairs were finished same day. Great experience!

Comment : Came in for an inspection assuming it was going to be quick. Computers didn?t allow that to happen but when I got my failed inspection fine they quoted me 900 to fix my car tierods but also tires a battery and other things that weren?t necessary in making my car pass inspection. Then to top off the experience I take my car to another mechanic and there?s a hole in my exhaust that was never mentioned. I ended up saving money going to Midas!

Comment : Alternator went out in my daughters 2005 Honda Civic. I am in KCMO and they are in COMO. Jay and Matt were very helpful. Timing was PERFECT- this car was their only transportation and they had my daughters up and running within 24 hours. Great customer service- your service was EXCELLENT! (This is rare in today's world). Thank you again-I have found a auto repair shop I can use in the future while my daughters are in COMO!

Comment : Very great personal service. The only thing I was a little frustrated with was the length of time it took for service. We made appointments but it was hours prior to service. We were able to drop the vehicle off which was very helpful.

Comment : I was passing through Columbia when I needed the lower control arm fixed on my Buick, Matt and his team were able to get my car in immediately for service. They didn't just tell me what was wrong, I was allowed to go in the service bay and the mechanic demonstrated what my wheel was doing. We did have to wait an additional day for the part, but as promised Matt and his team finished the repairs at the crack of dawn the next day. While the work was being completed, their shuttle took my family and I to the movie theater (& picked us up), free of charge. It's always an unfortunate inconvenience having to make a unscheduled repair to your vehicle, but we received excellent customer service at a reasonable price.
