Comment : All Star Automotive East has been taking care of my car needs since I moved to Columbia at the beginning of this year, and I’m incredibly happy with the work they’ve done. They clearly state the cost of services, parts, why a service costs however much they charge, and they stand by their warranty.

I had a lower control arm replaced by All Star early in the year, and it had a 50,000 mile warranty. Recently I heard clicking coming from the underside of my vehicle, and brought it to them to have it inspected. I thought my CV axle was going, but it was a bushing in the control arm that had begun failing. A more dishonest shop would have charged me for the inspection (and possibly fudged the failing part to squeeze me), but the All Star crew replaced the failing bushing and knocked off the inspection cost too. You can’t put a price on integrity and these guys got it.

Scott, Joel, and everyone else at the shop has been nothing but helpful during my time here, and they’ve done quality work on my vehicle. Super thankful to them and they won my business and this review with their honesty. I highly recommend them.

Comment : Joel with All-Star Automotive is the best. I had a headlight on a Mercedes that had been replaced but not programmed. Took it to Mercedes in Columbia, MO, week and half before they could get in it. Found Joel with all-star and within 1 hr he had it programmed and ready to go, I am sure at less than 1/2 the cost. Will definitely be using them going forward.
