Comment : Terrific experience. I called with some car trouble and Joel said " bring it on by and we will take a look" Scott was nice and arranged the shuttle to take me home so i didnt have to sit and wait. Scott called with information and sent a report for me to look at. Discussed things that would be good to do since they currently had the car. Joel called back after something was found wrong that was unexpected. Arranged for shuttle to come to the house and get me to go back and pick up the car. Even if busy, the guys always find time to talk to you and offer help and guidance. They are GREAT at explaining things to women without putting you down. They want to be sure that you understand everything and what options you have available to you.

Comment : I had taken my car to someone else and was told it would be a very expensive repair. Took it to All-Star for second opinion and was given a very different diagnosis. Much less expensive. This diagnosis was the correct one and car is running great with no issues. Will go to All-Star for any future repairs, highly recommend them.

Comment : Corey, Scott, Keenan, and Joel all make having your car worked on smooth, expedient, friendly, and most importantly a trustworthy experience. they go the "extra" steps that most other shops try to charge "extra" for. will be back with all our maintenance needs! draw straws to see who's buying lunch boys lol

Comment : Very helpful and friendly staff. Scott is a great customer service rep, very patient and helpful. Joel is very friendly and diagnosed the problem with my vehicle quickly, and had it fixed in about an hour. Very professional and kept in touch with me throughout the process. I will definitely take my vehicle there in the future. Thanks guys!
