Comment : Customer service was great, however extremely overpriced services. Had been told my AC wasnt functioning when it was still working which I verified was the case when I picked up my car. Also found that my Key Fob had parts missing upon return home, and that this had been glued shut to try to hamper with inspection of the key. Won't be returning to this store.

Comment : First and foremost, I am not the one to write bad reviews, but I honestly feel completely scammed from this business.
I took my car to this shop stating that I either had an engine coolant leak or transmission fluid leak. Instead of just inspecting the two sources I told them it could be coming from, they did an ENTIRE inspection of my car. This was a $164.95 charge by the way. I then got a call back about 7 hours later saying that I needed a heater hose.
I was called again, the next day saying they had the wrong hose and had to order another one that would run me another $165 more. I specifically told them I didn’t want to flush my cooling system, but it was on my invoice for $183. Between the hose, replacement, cooling kit, and antifreeze (because my car was flushed), it was $929.
After all, my car was in the shop for over 48 hours and I was charged roughly $1,150 for a job that should’ve been no more than $600. Mind you I was charged just shy of $700 just for labor that couldn’t have taken more than 2 hours after they received the correct part.

$358 for a $160 part plus charging 5hrs for a fking 30min job....stop scaming people.

UPDATE: I took my friends car to my favorite mechanic shop because he was basically in tears with how much more they were trying to say needed done to the car. Which was around $1900 plus 2 other things around $1100. Just got a call back from my mechanic saying they just replaced the oil filter and also that the bearing assembly that all star supposedly replaced for $1200 was not even replaced OR they just did the bad of a job.... because it still needs replaced.🥰 Have a day you deserve All Star I will forever be telling people about you. 🤗 He even has it under warranty but, he doesn't even want this shop touching his car ever again.

Oh, and to you comment about working on my car. 🤣 My car is well taken car so you will never touch my car. My mechanic even got a new customer for life because of your crap service she's only charging him $250 to fix your mess. She's the best! 💜

Also, you're bragging about offering such a good warranty, maybe if you fixed it right the first time you wouldnt have to (or fixed in the first place, like I said thats how bad of a job you guys did) ...Just saying.'>

Comment : Just watch my friend get scamed at this place, and im so sorry to all the people who are getting scammed. I EMPLORE YOU TO GET A 2ND OPINION. Especially when they tell you you need to replace your rotors and break pads, no, you probably don't. They also had to rebrand because they ran their old company into the ground.

Comment : Emily was incredibly helpful and kept me updated and informed about everything going on with my car. My car drives so much nicer now and the environment of the shop is generally very kind and upbeat.

Comment : Great place to get your services done! Little on the higher price side but they use quality parts and won’t sell you what you don’t need
