Comment : Don t waste your time. I was just quoted $250 per hour labor rate on a simple undercarriage repair. Then he said there could be complications. On what? A few bolts, this isn t rocket science.

Comment : They did a great job! The only thing I would like to have them do differently is to have the mechanic that actually worked on my truck come talk to me when I pick it up so I can ask more detailed questions and have a very detailed itemized list of what they did. The guy at the front really doesn't seem to know what the mechanics did and was just trying to answer in general according to what the receipt says. Also the receipt says a tune up, but no specifics of what that entailed other than checking some fluid and new spark plugs. For the 1000+ dollars I spent it didn't seem to be like you did a whole lot.They did a great job! Comment : I was able to make a last-minute appointment and they got my vehicle in and out quickly! Justin was very helpful and thoroughly explained the issue with my vehicle and solutions for me. I'll definitely be returning with any car troubles I have in the future.

Comment : All Star Automotive staff is experienced & easy to work with. Scheduling service work usually within a day or two. I like the detailed list of recommended servicing based on mileage or age of vehicle. Includes explanation of why maintenance is needed. Other repairs are completed with only one trip to the shop.
