Comment : I was in Little Rock for a medical appointment when I started having car problems. This place is recommended to me by a friend. They thoroughly explained to me what the problem was and what it would cost, and at the end of the day they only charged me half of what I was quoted. I really appreciate the professionalism and good work.

Comment : So often, you hear about bad business. However, you rarely hear about the businesses that go above and beyond. All About Tire Wheel and Break is a business that STILL believes in doing the right thing, giving you what you're paying for and making it right if it's not. If it were not for them, CNA National Insurance Company would NOT have honored their contract and would've gotten away with it!!! There aren't many shops that would stand up for you, but they stood up for me. I got ripped off by Mark McClarty Toyota severely. I had no idea the car I was buying was as is and did not know I actually paid for a warranty contract. They made it seem like they were giving it to me. (I don't recommend either business because they are BOTH EXTREMELY DISHONEST)The car is a lemon, and they knowingly sold it to me, telling me just to get it so fixed with the warranty. Well....CNA REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE! THEY HADTHE SHOP ON HOLD FOR 3 HOURS THREE HOURS!!!! They WANTED them to hang up and be frustrated and give up and make my pay when I was supposed to get it covered by the warranty. They tried to exploit a loophole, and the guys told me what was going on. They stood up for me! I called the company, and long story short, CNA NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY HAD TO BEGRUDGINGLY HONOR THEIR CONTRACT!!!!ALL ABOUT TIRE WHEEL AND BREAK SAVED ME!!!! If Edder had not gone above and beyond for me as well as the others that would've ruined my life! They did NOT want to a me get taken advantage of AGAIN! That's what kind of people they are! I've been going there forever decades. I send all my girlfriends there because I KNOW that they guys will NOT pull those stunts that FIRESTONE PEP BOYS and those other places pull! They are honest reliable dependable and THEY ACTUALLY CARE!!!! It's so rare to find ANY BUSINESS ESPECIALLY A CAR GARAGE SHOP THAT IS HONEST!!! I can't recommend them enough. I ONLY go here if it's something they can do. Absolutely, that is where I get tires! They have a warranty on them! Where else do you have that? They are family owned and operated! They are small enough to know you by name but large enough to take care of your needs! Everyone is so nice! They do have someone who speaks Spanish Edder, who is actually the one that went out of his way for me, is bilingual. Everyone is welcomed and treated with respect the will do you right I promise with my right hand to God. I trust them, and that says a lot. Because it's the ONLY place I trust with my vehicle, I trust them more than a dealership! I WISH THEY SOLD CARS!!! They have financing even. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and go there! You will be treated well! They will remember you after you go one time. I wish ALL businesses that their ethical business practices. Unfortunately, there aren't many in Arkansas. Comment : I went here for a tire patch. They did it for ~$25. They overfilled my tires to 42 psi. After I left the shop, I noticed my wheel cap was missing (it???s $50-100 to replace).

Comment : I m not sure if it s because it s Friday, but I have waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. With only me in the waiting room. Unacceptable.
