Comment : Have a warranty on our tires. Had a flat a few months ago. Still waiting on a call back. Id call every week just to see if there was any progress. Andrew would let me know it wad gonna be a few more days. Here we are almost 3 months later and still nothing. Was getting told that it was the warranty company. Called probably 2 weeks ago now. Andrew finally said that warranty had approved the tire. That I had to already buy out of pocket. But told me that he would let me know when to come in because he had to order the tire. Still no call back.
