Comment : The vehicle broke down in St, Charles and I had to have it towed. Found Coffey Automotive through Google Maps and had it towed to their shop, first time experience with them. They called me the next day with a determination of the problem and the estimate. They repaired the problem and performed a safety check on the vehicle.
I was completely satisfied with their professionalism and their timely repair. Thank you very much Coffet Automotive.

Comment : Embarrassed to say I’d previously been using a well-known regional auto shop out of convenience for far too long. I stumbled across this shop while searching for someone to address an urgent need, read the reviews, and gave them a call. They were fast, friendly, fair, and informative — I witnessed them greeting customers by name as soon as they walked in the door. I took my wife’s vehicle in for another fix the very next day…same great service. In short, they can add me to their list of repeat customers. Thanks, fellas.

Comment : First off I want to say, Thank you for the amazing customer service. I usually go to the dealer to get my emissions done, but my schedule didn’t line up to go. I find them on google, The service was quick. The owner and workers were friendly. The owner showed me so much love which made me feel appreciated as a customer. I highly recommend Coffey Automotive. I rather go where I am appreciated when I spend my hard earned money. Thank you all for your great customer service. You can tell they love what they do and it’s not about the money.
