Comment : There I was. In utter panic. Struggling for survival. Truck needed oil changed. Jeff came swooping down from the sky. He looks at me in the eyes and says, “Have no fear, Dodds man is here”.

He got me hooked up with service department for oil changed, and tire rotation. Great service. Have no idea where I would be if Jeff didn’t find me alone and scared that day. He’s a hero.

Comment : Gratitude to salesperson Rosario DaCosta for a smooth seamless purchase. Rock solid, no pressure, knowledgeable: what more can you ask of a salesperson. 'Sales Consultant' may be aspirational for some, but Rosario is already there.
