Comment : Alderfer glass did a wonderful job. Wes was on top of everything. I did have to wait a month for the glass to be ordered but it was well worth the wait. The installers were great also. Showed up on time. Had the old glass out in 15 min and the new glass in sealed and cleaned in about a half hour. Color matches good and the glass looks great. I would definitely use them again

Comment : Alderfer Glass made screens for large jealousies windows. I took old screen for them to measure size. I did not get a phone call to inform me screens were ready to pick up. When I called them I was happy to pick up my screens x 12 at $100.00 a piece. Once home we immediately tried to insert our new screens and the size was wrong. I understand mistakes happen. What was Frustrating was there was no mention of 'we are sorry for any inconvenience. Instead, I was asked multiple questions that found myself needing to remind them this was their error. Then I was told I needed to bring the screens back. I had to call back again to request they do not cash my final payment check. So I loaded the screens in my car and 3rd trip back to the store to make a return. No surprise, again there was no apology for the inconvience. Please note I am not asking for an apology for the mistake - WE ALL MAKE THEM. There was no offer to maybe take a few bucks off due to the added burden of multiple calls and trips to thier store. No offer for possible delivering the screens to my home as an added gesture for a mistake made on their end. Nothing. This is simply gross. I wonder if it was my husband returning the screens an apology would have been offered. So much for doing business with a community business. I'm disgusted over this company's ignorance and speaks to much of why people feel angered by ignorance and greed In today's times. I write this to help the next customer - and maybe for Alderfer Glass to consider adding a reminder to employees on customer service. Not one person there uttered the words we are sorry . I did get multiple calls on a quote for a door - funny they can reach out multiple times to try to capture a sale. NM

Comment : I needed to replace a 14” glass tabletop. A friend gave me a 14”piece of replacement glass that was slightly larger than the original frame I was putting it into. I went to Alderfer Glass (Crackersport road)for help. I met with Brian who walked me through a few suggestions/options to reduce the glass by 1/16 of an inch. With his help, I sanded the glass down to where it actually fit perfectly. I took the final piece back to show Brian and he offered to polish the edges. It turned out beautiful. Without Brian’s help and guidance, I’m positive I’d still be working to make it fit or the piece may have shattered (which was our big concern). I can’t say enough about the service Brian provided…he went absolutely above and beyond. I would highly recommend Alderfer Glass for any glass work.

Comment : The Alderfer Glass team replaced two doors in my home this week and their work was incredible. I have an old house which required them to replace the entire door frames. Their work was immaculate. They were timely, efficient, and left things as they found them. I can't recommend them enough!

Comment : I needed two 1/8” sheet glass panels for the doors of a display cabinet I made. Since I had never used glass in my projects before, I did some research to find the right place to buy from. Nathaniel responded with a quote the next morning, and their pricing was better than others. The glass was ready on the date they promised, cut precisely to size with nicely rounded edges. I'm very impressed with the quality of their work—highly recommend
