Comment : I’m sharing my experience to help other customers avoid a similar problem. After fueling up at this station, my vehicle developed a serious mechanical issue in live traffic on Jefferson Ave that eventually required costly repairs. My dealership determined the cause was a bad fuel mix (water in gas). Despite my attempts, I have been unable to resolve the matter with Exxon or the station’s owner. If you ever suspect fuel quality issues at any VA gas station, contact the VA Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) to file a complaint immediately. Be sure to get everything in writing as well, should you need to take legal action. I’ve never experienced this before. I’m no longer a frequent customer and am exploring legal options, seeking reimbursement for an issue I did not cause.

Comment : I had multiple warning lights when I pulled in at 445pm Wednesday afternoon, trying to drive back to Northern Va. Pete drove my car with me and thought he knew what the problem was: a bad transmission valve box. He gave me great help with getting back to my rental, Thursday he called with a quote and Friday my car was repaired. Every step of the way was excellent service, a great value for the time and money I had to spend. BTY the Subaru dealer couldn't take me until Aug 18 while Pete fixed my car in 2 days. I recommend Airport Exxon, Pete and his staff to anyone needing to have their car serviced or repaired.
