Comment : I showed up with no appointment to Air Park Auto Service 2 days after receiving a rejection inspection sticker from another auto service business that I normally go to for maintenance. I shared my concern and request for a second opinion with the receptionist at Air Park Auto Service and the owner of the business happened to be standing there as well and he said that he would check the car out for me. He came back and stated that he didn't see anything wrong, but will also get his technician to verify. The car came back with no safety issues! I then asked can they perform another state inpection for me. They did, and my car passed inspection so I didn't need to pay $1,427.35 to Replace the Suspension Control Arm, and the work didn't need to be done to pass inspection. Praise God for leading me to Air Park Auto Service! They now have a new customer!

Comment : I have used several Auto Shops in the Hanover Air Park and throughout Richmond. While I have had some positive experiences before, I have NEVERRRR been as impressed with a shop like this.
From my very first phone call with Kelly, to the drop off experience, the immediate notifications from their WAY COOL app that gives you real time updates while the mechanic is inspecting the different aspects of your vehicle, it has been such a pleasant experience!!!!!
Also; their app allows you to 'one click' to either approve and decline each recommendation with no pressure to elect any preventative maintenance.
This has just been an all out STELLAR experience on my end. I am so looking forward to dealing with them for all my car care needs. Thank you Kelly and allll the professional staff at Air Park Auto !!!!! Chrissy in Moh'canicsville

Comment : I needed a quick diagnosis done on my vehicle, and they were able to get me in same day. Not only did they diagnose the issue, but did so thoroughly and even sent me a detailed report with images. The customer service overall was really just amazing and a breath of fresh air. Checkout was easy and super convenient as well.

Comment : It's not often you find an auto repair place that gets 5 stars, but Air Park Auto Service has earned mine. I'm new to Virginia and found that all of my family's cars need this annual safety inspection that's required by the state. Google found Air Park Auto Service for me and I'm very happy about that.
I was able to schedule my safety checks easily online and they were ready for me when I got there.
First car: 30 minute inspection, a few recommendations but passed and I'm on my way.
Second car took a bit longer but it needed help. They were able to get my issues taken care of during my visit and got me on my way. Third car is going in on Friday.
Kelly in the front office has got everything under control. She's friendly, professional, efficient and extremely helpful. Their waiting room is very comfortable and has coffee and snacks available as well.
All in all, I'm a fan.

Comment : Air Park auto did an amazing job for my 2012 Mazda Mazda 3 hatchback. I needed a new battery put in asap and they made it happen within an hour! They were able to order the correct battery and have it delivered and replaced all within an hour! It was done for a great price as well. Highly recommend them!
