Comment : I always have a great customer experience with this business. The customer really is their priority. They always check with you in regards to work to be done and make sure you understand. I trusted them with my 2000 Toyota Corolla and Im trusting now with my 2014 Honda Cr-V Ex-L. They advised me of minor issues to look out for during the pre purchase sale inspection. Comment : Unfortunately we had the incident of the oil filler cap being left off that soaked my driveway. I brought it back and the technician cleaned it up but took 3/4hr to do that? Maybe he finished quicker but i was never told.I hope it was just an unusual easy mistake. I will still use them again. Comment : This is the most expensive shop in the area. They are good at what they do but they overcharge by a lot. Got some work quoted here for $2,500 and then went to another shop and got the work done for $1,400. That's almost half of what airpark auto quoted me and the quality of the work from the less expensive shop was just as good as if I would have let Air Park Auto do the work. This place is a ripoff! They're charging well above what they should be for mechanic work knowing how hard it is for some people in this economy. Their money hungry and only care about bleeding you dry of every last cent you have.This is the most expensive shop in the area. They are good at what they do but they overcharge by a lot.
