Comment : Went in knowing it was going to take awhile because I had a decent amount of work needed…6hrs later I’ve had it. The front desk guy was incredibly unhelpful. And turns out my car was already parked and ready for me for who knows how long because no one told me. For what they actually did to my car did not warrant 6hrs wait. To their credit, they are reasonably priced. But Jesus have better communication so that your front desk guy actually has information for your customers

Comment : I came in for a tire alignment. asked if they could do an oil change and was really impressed with how quick and efficient the service was. The price was very reasonable, called someone else in town. They were three times more expensive. I dropped a commercial vehicle off at 9:30 in the morning. It was done by 2:30.. The staff was clear, honest, and professional. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking into for reliable and trustworthy auto service!

Comment : These guys are great! Honest and on time. You can trust them!!! We just moved from out of town and i had a lot of work to do on a vehicle that i am giving to my daughter, so it had to be done right. Bobby not only gave me a great deal but was also upfront and honest when communicating the details of what needed to be fixed. I would give them six stars if i could.

Comment : It took a week longer than they said. They never called me to tell me what was going on, I had to call myself multiple times. After a week I got my car back when it was supposed to be two days. And now my car is making horrible noises I’ve never had an issue with. They were just supposed to fix the AC condenser, and now my whole motor shakes like crazy. I think they shook something loose and messed something up and trying to cover it up is why it took much longer than expected. 100% unsatisfied and they were very unprofessional. Will not be going back.

Comment : Subject: Feedback on Recent Experience with Aggieland Automotive

I wanted to share my recent experience with my 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis, particularly regarding the challenges I faced with the air conditioning. I initially stopped by Aggieland Automotive to have a mechanic take a look, but I had to schedule an appointment for Tuesday, August 19, to address the issue of my AC not blowing cold air. Unfortunately, they were unable to assist me on Saturday, August 16, which was especially frustrating given the 100% extreme heat outside. I chose Aggieland Automotive because the previous owner had taken the car there, and Mr. Meadows mentioned he remembered Mr. Rowland.

In urgent need of help, I decided to stop by Sevcik's Service Center while running errands at Walmart. To my relief, they were able to examine my vehicle within an hour. The front desk staff were incredibly professional and accommodating. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and soon my car was blowing cold air again. I was pleasantly surprised by their reasonable prices compared to other shops that had longer wait times.

After my visit, I took a moment to read reviews about Aggieland Automotive and was disheartened to find that many were not favorable. This experience has underscored the importance of quality service when choosing an auto repair shop.
