Comment : Took my car in to this shop and picked it up on nov the 25 was told and GIVING a paper stating that the R&R Ignition coil 4 spark plugs had been changed. Welll I went to pick my granddaughter up from lynchburg on DEC 5th and the car begin to vibrate, and shake uncontrolablly! Loose power and more. I recorded my car doing this. So I went and had a diagnosis completed the p0303 ( 3 cylindar misfire detected) up which is the same thing that was “supposed” to have been fixed. Contacted the dealership and was sent back on 8th where it is STILL is. He told me that I could come get it until the part came in….. I completed a mechanic class so im VERY much aware that this can damage my catalytic converter, and or my engine! Keep in mind i rode on this for about 2 weeks thinking that it wss fixed! I also purchased a maitenance warrenty that states that a tec “WILL check and document, leaks, frayed wires and hoses, OTHER DAMAGES! Well that did NOT happen! “ Or I wouldnt be in the same boat! I have documented everything and contacted a attorney. Mr creasy and I will proceed following the return of my car on monday! Being as though I have prior forms showing WHAT WAS REALLY wrong to compare to the pick up. I WILL be getting A FULL diagnosis to ensure it was fixed and that nothing else was damaged! I advise you all to get a diagnosis BEFORE going and AFTER! I will also be contacting the state attorney general office to file a complaint and hopefully have them investigate them. By speaking with PAST customers as well! I will also be sending this to the BBB, the FTC and DMV if my car is not repaired on the date specified by machanic! And fixed properly!

Comment : I can’t say enough positive things about them. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and experienced. Shop prices are fair and the work is done on time and always delivers. Robert is super helpful and always has a great attitude. I will be taking our family cars there every time for service and repairs.
