Comment : My 20 year old truck needed all of the front suspension replaced, an alignment, and we thought it needed a pinion seal. I called around to more than 20 shops and got the best estimate (and best service as far as call backs) from this shop. I was a little skeptical because the estimate was so dramatically lower, but the reviews and the customer service had me on my way to Roanoke. I dropped my truck off after hours. They got it taken into the fenced area right away the next morning. As soon as they got to my truck (which was sooner than I expected considering the amount of work I needed done and the last minute drop off) they called to let me know that it didn't need a pinion seal, but the leak was actually coming from the oil pan gasket. They quickly adjusted my estimate (which was still well below what I would pay anywhere else). The work was completed DAYS faster than I expected. The first time I met the guys was when I picked up my truck. They answered all of my questions without any problem and no annoyance at all. They gave me all of the information I needed and an itemized print out. My truck rides like a dream now. I will DEFINITELY be bring my vehicles here from now on. I highly recommend them! Can't thank them enough for treating my wheeled baby so well and at such an amazing price!

Comment : Went in for astate inspection and he wanted to check stuff that's not even part of the inspection.then want to charge you 90 service fee when an inspection is 20. And then want to say he could fix this and that and that it would be 800 dollars when the parts aren't even 30 dollars like come on..

Comment : THESE GUYS ROCK! Anybody who says anything otherwise about this Shop must be talking about the wrong place because there are two Affordable Car named Repair places on Williamson Road and the phone numbers are also very similar. This one is near Enterprise car rentals. Maybe a two digit difference in the phone numbers. But these guys are doing God‘s work! My car is a Cadillac Ats, and it was having major issues. I called around to a bunch of different places and everyone quoted me a crazy price. Everyone told me they wouldn’t be able to fit me in until a couple of weeks later. I needed my car fixed as soon as possible. These guys?I called and told them what was going on and they knew what I needed . They understood what was going on and they told me to come. When I got there. They already had the part that I needed and they told me how long it would take and how much it would cost me over the phone. These guys did the work and they even experienced a few small issues during the work and they called me and got it straightened out. They went above and beyond in all aspects of my repair and when I got my car back, it still needed some work because I had bought the wrong alternator for my car( it’s one of the parts that needs to be replaced.) He helped me find an affordable replacement. I was fairly charged for the labor they did. It’s so very rare to find a place like this in today’s world. It is a rare diamond indeed. These guys are doing Gods work and I am so appreciative to them. Thank you guys so very very much! Now, anybody who tells me their car needs work I will refer to you with a smile because I know the quality of work and quality of the people that work at this location. Praise the Lord! I hope they always continue to do the amazing work they are doing on Williamson road.They even gave me and my kids a ride. When the car wasn’t quite ready. TRULY good people!!!
