Comment : My car was brought to them and in attempt to fix an exhaust leak they installed gaskets. Job was done incorrectly leading to a clogging of the exhaust system which caused my car to loose a considerable amount of power. Additionally, the car which I had meticulously detailed myself before they got their hands on it was returned so dirty they had gotten mud all the way up the door panels and in the seats. Not only that but I also paid them to fix an overheating issue and they said they fixed it and drove it multiple hours to make sure it wasn't over heating and it overheated within 10 minutes of me getting on the highway. Not only this but I was charged $600 for all this work which not only didnt help but made things worse. I did also pay $400 for e brake lines and those were installed correctly to my knowledge, just wish the rest of the job went as well as that part did and that they were honest with me telling me that the car lost power after the exhaust work. Had to pay another mechanic to fix it.

Comment : This review is long overdue but well-deserved. A & D Auto Service provided exceptional service when my Jeep broke down in the middle of a 500 mile commute. Manager Jenny?s professionalism and mechanic Skylar?s expertise turned a stressful situation into a quick, expert repair. Despite working through a thunderstorm late on a Friday afternoon, they got me back on the road with honesty and skill.
For those who miss the honesty and integrity of a "Mayberry" repair shop, this is the place to go! I highly recommend them for trustworthy service.

Comment : Been new to Roanoke for about 5 years.
Didn't know anyone so we took a shot with a few auto places and got burnt and ripped off.

Comment : Shady people. A woman in a hijab and people who worked there just seems off. As I was leaving they all was in the parking lot staring at me. Very strange place. And my engine light came back on after 3 days.

Comment : Very nice folks to deal with. Unfortunately my repair was a lost cause and as a result I needed to get a new vehicle. They offered to purchase mine and it covered the lions share of the repairs that had been done before determining the vehicle needed more work than it was worth.
