Comment : I was traveling to Roanoke and looked for shops and I had a good feeling about this one. Even though there were some hiccups with the repair situation, I know enough about car repairs to know that they treated me more than fairly and they were super honest with their communication at all points. Highly recommend!

Comment : We were from out of town, and our car wouldn't start. We jumped-started it and drove it to Affordable and Dependable, and they diagnosed a bad battery and replaced it. They were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Comment : Three hours into our 8-hour trip, my water pump went out and we were stranded on the side of I-81. A quick Google search led me to Affordable and Dependable Auto Services, and I’m so glad it did.

The owner promised to take care of us—and he did. Jason came quickly to pick up my mom and three kids, getting them safely off the highway, and the tow truck came shortly after for me and the car. Everyone was kind and professional, and the tow driver even managed to keep us laughing.

Jason promised same-day repair, and in just about an hour I had a new water pump and we were back on the road. Honest, fast, and fairly priced—I’d recommend them to anyone in the area.

Comment : Veteran friendly, honest and open, and over the top customer service. Make an appointment and you'll have a quick turn around time. They do allow you to bring in your own parts if you want to save a little that way as well. The staff is friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommend if you are in need of maintenance. You don't find auto shops like these very often anymore.
