Comment : Had my vehicle 5 days to install 1 serpentine belt. Disorganized... Called to tell me my vehicle was ready, but when I got there, the tech working on my vehicle was gone without finishing the job. I had to return again later. Very inconvenient and frustrating.

Comment : Even though I have been aware of affinity since they opened their shop on West Pawnee in Wichita, Kansas, I had not taken advantage of any of their services. I needed my oil and filter changed and did not wish to return it to the dealership. I have a 2017 Lincoln MKZ with very low mileage . They knew everything about my car and what I needed and how to reset all of the reminders plus a few that I couldn't figure out. My advice to any single female, regardless of age trust these people you will be treated with respect and you can leave knowing that your car is ready for the highway. Comment : Absolutey awesome service here. Staff was polite and honest. I was able to get a pre purchase inspection scheduled with them on a relatively short notice. Comment : My wife and I found ourselves broken down on the side of the road at night about 45 miles south of Wichita on our way back to Manhattan. We had our vehicle towed to Affinity and stayed the night in Wichita while having it repaired. I received the hands down most detailed break down of the status of my vehicle that I ve ever gotten from a service shop. They even called us the next day after coming home to make sure our travels went ok and to see if we had any further car troubles. I wish we lived closer and could use Affinity for all of our car needs!
