Comment : Absolutely fantastic shop! Had a wire break to a sensor that a mobile mechanic I wasted money on couldn't find, but this guy's found it and got it running again quick, and they costs less. Very friendly staff, and great to work with. Highly recommend!

I called this morning to get a brake fluid service done, and they got me in and out quickly—super efficient and professional. I was looking for an alternative to going to the dealership and was referred here—so glad I found this place.

The customer service is top-notch: friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. I had to head out today due to a work pitch, but I’ll definitely be going back to follow up on their recommendations.

I really appreciated that they took the time to explain things without trying to upsell me. It’s clear they respect your time and genuinely want to help. Highly recommend!

Comment : 1st time customer at Aero Auto Repair. Glad I listened to neighbors and read all those great reviews. Maika (not sure of spelling) provided great customer service and kept me in the loop while my vehicle was being repaired. During pick up, James also provided great customer service. Thank you!

Comment : This place is absolutely horrible. We made an appointment a few days in advance for an oil change and tire rotation. The filter had to be ordered that same day, why not in advance, and they said it would be in by 330-4. We called at 415 and they said it would be ready by 5. We get here at 5 and they’re still not finished. An oil change takes 10 minutes tops unless for some reason you can’t get the nut or filter off. Never coming here again.

Comment : This place is great! I came in to get my tires changed, and the staff was super friendly and easygoing. They walked me through all the available options without any pressure, and we reviewed them together to find the best fit. I had already shopped around at other places, but they gave me the best deal on my Nexus tires.

I was in and out in under an hour—quick and efficient. Huge thanks to James and Art, who noticed my glove compartment wasn’t locking (something that had been a nuisance for months since my last oil change at the dealership). They went ahead and fixed it as a courtesy—no charge, no fuss.

Just a smooth, pleasant experience all around in a clean, professional shop. Highly recommend!
