Comment : Received a quote for front struts,front sway bar links and rear shocks on a 2007 Nissan Murano SL. Almost $2300 quoted to do 2 front struts,2 front sway bar links and 2 rear shocks. For struts that cost $240 dollars each,2 sway bar links that are around $50 each and rear shocks that are around $100 each. That's if the customer were to purchase them. Then there's the $800 labor fee and the $125 alignment and $140 in taxes. Brings it to about $1850 for completed job. $2300-1850 is a $450 difference and $200 more than dealership price. When inquiring about why such a difference I was told because they have to pay more for parts than what customer would pay and that they warranty their work and customer can't supply own parts. If you want to pay hundreds more than what a job should be then take it to advantage tire & auto in Slidell Louisiana! I cannot speak on completed job quality that's why I give overall rating of 3 instead of 1 based off pricing. From reviews most are positive on completed work but multiple bad reviews also.

Comment : Went in for an alignment before a trip but found we needed inner and outer tie rods. Originally it wouldn't have been ready until the next day but they knew we needed it the same day so they made it happen,quicker than expected. Great customer service and quality work. Will be my go to place.

Comment : Great service. Had to have a new transmission put on my truck. Kept in touch with me, even waiting on the warranty company to call them back. Hopefully don't have to go back, but if I have any issues, with any of my vehicles, I will be going back to them.
