Comment : Have tried three times by phone to reach someone at the Grants Pass store. Phone says it's connecting but all I get is a recording of Trivia Information while waiting for someone to answer. But no one does and there is no option to leave a message. So went by store today, doors locked and no one around. You have lost my business and recommendations.
