Comment : We were in need of some urgent repairs. We were not a previous customer, but they were able to get our Jeep in immediately for diagnosis. Levi and Aaron do an amazing job communicating with what our vehicle needed. 24 hours later we had our Jeep back on the road. Awesome jobs guys!!! I would give more stars if I could!

Comment : On the way to a conference when an unavoidable mishap with a semi tire tread on I-44. Towed to Advanced Car Care Center. Intake was professional and smooth. Immediate assessment was done while I waited in the front office with cold drinks offered and snacks provided. (Super clean restroom available as well.) The team there was incredible and their customer care excellent. Best outcome one could ever hope for! Got me back on the road and didn’t take advantage of my critical timeline - in fact didn’t even charge me! Shout out to the team at Advanced Car Care Center! Your approach to customer care was 5 star for sure!!
