Comment : They charged me double what they should have because I was an out of towner and desperate. The guy that test drove it and worked on it stole several items from my glove box and my backpack. They told me it would cost $1500 + for a simple brake job. Had them only fix the one caliper for $975 just to get there because I know I could do a whole brake job myself for $300 or less if I wasn't stranded out of town. Very shady. The guy at the counter was nice but they'll double charge you if they can. And it took 4 hours! I would give less stars if I could

Comment : The folks at Advanced Auto are absolutely great, I've had two experiences so far (hopefully no more, you what I mean), one major and one minor repair, and in both cases they were honest ( that's big one for me), respectful of my situation, knowledgeable about "all things auto" as I riddled them with questions about things other than my repair. Not to mention, friendly, courteous, as they are every bit of that. And, credit where credit is due, the guys working in the shop, are seriously talented. Thanks.

Comment : My dad’s car was acting up halfway through a trip from WI to TX. We had to stay overnight and went in to Advanced Auto Care first thing in the morning. We were told they were extremely backed up but would do their best to run diagnostics on the car so we could continue our journey. I interacted mostly with Aaron Y. He was an angel, truly! He spoke to me with kindness and compassion but kept my expectations realistic. While the car situation didn’t work out, I remain so grateful that we chose to go to this business as they truly care for their customers and uphold their values and strive for customer satisfaction.
