Comment : In my experience, it has been difficult to find an honest mechanic. I have horror stories. So my guard is always up as a woman walking into a mechanic shop. Advanced has earned my trust. My experience with them was not picture perfect. There was a mis-quote up front and the issue was not resolved the first time it went in the shop. However, they owned the mistake both times and made it right with me. I can happily report that the issue has been resolved. 10/10 customer service.

Comment : I've used Advanced twice. Both times have been very good experiences. They helped me right away. Resolved by vehicle problem and were very affordable. We plan to use them for all our vehcile needs...and will use them for our church bus as well. Highly recommend!
